The only thing I docked them for, is we agreed on a price, both parties said done deal, and then they said oh hold on a minute and we waited alone in his office for over 15 minutes, and they cameback and gave no real explanation, but the deal went through, I would surely recommend them to someone else! Wally was very understanding of my tight schedule and was able to find me a vehicle quickly. He even went so far as to drive the vehicle back from Yuma himself on Christmas Eve so I oould enjoy my new jeep o able to find me a vehicle quickly. Drove about an hour to this dealer as I was not happy with other dealers in the valley. I was not disappointed, my sales person Roy right off the bat made me feel @ home. We were looking for a reliable used car as a second vehicle within our budget and they were more than happy to help. We found exactly what we were looking for and he was quick and helped to negotiate price. He did everything he could to get his that car. We were in and out within 2 hours... nice and quick. In about 6 months we will be trading in our main vehicle and we will come back to Rick. More
I'm recommending this dealership, but BEWARE! The finance guy is a snake. He's cute and adorable, but still a snake, and very good at his job. He told me all the wonderful things about the car, but did not tell me everything he mentioned cost extra money and was being added to the price of the car. (Watch out for the Brake System thing - I'm a woman and even I know you can't pump ABS brakes.) I expected him to review the final itemized invoice with me line by line (the way a Realtor does when you buy a house), but he didn't - he folded all the papers in eights - half, then half again, then half again, slipped them in an envelope and slid it across the desk. I said Hey, how much is this car costing me? When I got home and looked closely at the numbers, none of them matched what I had discussed with the salesman. I had told everyone there at least fifteen times that I wanted to pay cash for the car, but they did not listen to me. I never thought it would be so hard to get a dealer to take my CASH!! It took 3 days and frustrated phone calls to the sales manager and finance manager to get what I wanted. And when I first arrived, I spent at least 20 minutes outside looking at new Jeeps, but not one single salesman approached me. I had to go inside and ask for someone to come out and talk to me about the car. More
There was a time I thought I'd never buy a Chrysler...I'm now on my third Chrysler 300 (2000, 2006, now 2012). I found the first two stylish , comfortable and totally trouble free. The 20012 is the best by far I can't believe the advancements made between the 2006 and the 2012. The style, the accessories, the all leather interior are all top drawer, they didn't miss a thing including the trunk interior. The ride and handling are much improved. I've always been a point A to point B as fast as possible driver. Now I find I'm slowing down and just enjoying driving the car. The years I've dealt with Moore Chrysler have been a good experience. Wally Illsley has been the salesman I've always dealt with, he's honest and attentive, I've always felt comfortable dealing with him. At one point Matt Moore stepped into make sure the deal was to my satisfaction. Their customer service has always been friendly, fast and fare. For sales and service I give Moore my highest recommendation. More
