We are second generation Moore customers but still felt we needed to do our homework on the internet and compare to other dealers and service. Our time and energy spend on other dealer only reinforces our perception that the experience and service we received at Moore, in particular Rick Watson was EXCEPTIONAL. We were undecided between new and used and Rick patiently went through the benefits and features and answered any questions we had regarding both options on several models. He was respectful of our time constrains with other appointments. We really hadn't planned on buying a new vehicle but our van was totaled the week before. Rick worked with the Sales Manager Chris and Finance Manager Nick to aggressively price the deal at attractive interest rates so that in the end we were able to drive out in style in a New Dark Cherry Chrysler Town and Country Limited minivan. We know from past experience with the service department that we will continue to receive the same appreciation for our business that was extended to us during the buying process...and we will be recommending Moore, in particular Rick Watson to our friends and family! I special ordered my Jeep to get the configuration I wanted and not pay for extras I didn't want. I also made several calls to different dealers. Moore came in the lowest of all the prices I got. No double talk, no confusing numbers and no run-around. When I walked into the dealership to put down my deposit and complete the order, Marty made sure it was all smooth sailing. Nice folks. I appreciate the focus on customer rather than corporate displayed at Moore. I look forward to taking delivery of my Jeep from them soon. More
