I have purchased new Jeeps in the past from Sean Griffin and have always been satisfied. This time was another pleasant experience as he again worked to satisfy my needs at this time. Although we had to wait for the Jeep to arrive, (because I chose a color they didn't have in stock) he kept me up to date with the process and when it came time to do the paperwork, he was prepared, and together with Rick Watson helped to make my purchase a smooth and pleasant experience once again. Whenever I pull into Moore Service Dept I'm either eagerly greeted by Miss Gloria or my go-to-guy Mike Harrington. Today June 14, 2013 I spent sometime with the Moore Team - without an appointment Mic eagerly greeted by Miss Gloria or my go-to-guy Mike Harrington. Today June 14, 2013 I spent sometime with the Moore Team - without an appointment Micheal was there for my as my check engine lite was on and after 3 hrs Bino n Michael informed me the problem was w ,y engine - Michael immediately asked bout my extended warranty and called them to file a claim. Bino was out the door to get the part an an hour later my car was fixed. Thank u to the Moore Family from Martha who entertained me Roy who let me drive the new Chrysler 200 and of course Michael who really goes about the call of duty whenever I come - I always feel safe whenever I leave Moore since I know my car is in tip-top shape. Excellent service from Marty T and Henry A and the service folks at Moore Chrysler. My wife and I spent a week on the hunt for a near new Chrysler Town and Country. We travelled the length and breadth of the Valley of the Sun. However, the ones who got the job done were just a few miles from our southern winter home. On our arrival at Moore's Chrysler, Marty T gave us a friendly and courteous greeting. He showed us a number of vehicles and let us drive each one. In fact, he made sure my wife also had an opportunity to drive each vehicle. All our questions were answered. We settled on a low miles 2013 and began negotiations over price. While he made it clear he wanted our business, there was NO high pressure. We soon came to a fair price. When I arrived without a prior appointment the next day to pick up the vehicle; another salesman, Henry A, took me through the delivery process. Although it wasn't his sale, he went above and beyond. He made sure the vehicle was properly prepped. He also made sure I was familiar with the vehicle's features. Before we had finished the process, Marty T arrived to ensure everything proceeded properly. I also needed to pick up an extra key to the vehicle. Henry took me over to the parts and service department, where I experienced more excellent Moore service. I HIGHLY recommend these folks.
