I had been doing quite a bit of research and knew the vehicle I wanted. Found it at Moore which was over 45 miles from my home but took the trek. Walked in and a salesman introduced himself. His name was vehicle I wanted. Found it at Moore which was over 45 miles from my home but took the trek. Walked in and a salesman introduced himself. His name was Kevin and what a great guy. We talked on the test drive about not only the vehicle ( he never made me feel like I had to buy it or that it " fit me " ) but general busy work week and family talk. Finished up the test drive and talked numbers. Chris the sales manager, Evan in finance and the whole dealership was super fair on my trade, fair on the price of the vehicle I purchased and I could not thank them enough for not being pushy as it was very late after the deal was done. The vehicle was on empty during the test drive and it was too late to have them fill it up, so to make sure I got some gas, Kevin even gave me money from his wallet to make sure I got home ok. I recommend this dealership and especially Kevin for making the purchase of my new dream ride a smooth experience. More
Wally and Nick were extraordinarily efficient and effective. They sold me a car and a service agreement! I highly recommend them for their thorough, detailed approach to selling me a car. Both wer effective. They sold me a car and a service agreement! I highly recommend them for their thorough, detailed approach to selling me a car. Both were courteous and patient, answering all of my questions and and concerns. They did not need to apply high pressure tactics as their mild mannered approach that asked me what I wanted and then clearly described and produced exactly the car and service agreement that I wanted made this purchase a win-win for me and hopefully for them. I could not be more pleased. More
I wish there was a negative star, because if there was I would use it! I feel so miss treated and wronged it's unbelievable!! These guys are slime xxxxx BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!! You know the term bait and s would use it! I feel so miss treated and wronged it's unbelievable!! These guys are slime xxxxx BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!! You know the term bait and switch? Well apparently they created it. They give car sales the bad reputation it has today! 100% I feel so disgusted with them, my hands are shaking and it's hard to write this review. Here's the scoop: After talking with Amber in the online sales department (who by the way answers the phone, who by the way is not a sales rep but a sales coordinator whatever that means) she had her finance manager call me back. He told me there was no way to get our payment lower than $580 for what we wanted. I thanked him for his time and told him that we were a young family and had a strict car budget of $450 and could not go a penny over. This morning I get a call from Amber, and she tells me that her manager Chris looked at the deal and they can get us the Limited for our monthly price. I was very skeptical because the day before they were telling me that the base model was going to be too expensive (once they added a moon roof and rear camera). Amber explained to me that Chris had showed her that because those were add on features and not part of the stock model that the car was actually going to have better residuals if we just got the car the way we wanted it. I still was skeptical and asked her if that was including my trade which she replied yes, and that Chris said we had a deal. I told her if the car was a penny over that price we would not purchase the car and that it would be a hassle for my wife to get down there with our 2 year old son but if they could make it happen we would gladly come. She guaranteed us it was. I told her we wanted to expedite the process and get started with whatever we could get started with over the phone. She had us go online and fill out our information which they then used to pull our credit. I texted Amber once this was done and asked her if we were still on track in which she replied back that we were all set and good to go. At this point my wife and I were ecstatic. We even shared with Amber about how we have been bait and switched before and continuously asked her what else needed to be done. So once my son woke up from his nap my wife grabbed him and rushed over to the dealership. When she arrived she met Amber and then was introduced to a new sales girl who was taking over. The only problem was that she didn't know anything about our deal. I called Amber and she told me that there was nothing to worry about they knew they didn't have the color we wanted with the features we wanted but wanted to show us a car with the features we said we wanted just to make sure it was the right model. Then I get a call from my wife who tells me that due to our trade and our credit (689) they told her we couldn't get that deal and that the car payment would now be $590 for the vehicle they had, or we had to bring $4,000 out of pocket which was not part of the deal. They in every sense of the word BAIT AND SWITCHED us. Knowing full well that they couldn't get us the deal they promised us. Chris was extremely rude and unclear and when I explained my frustration with his broken promise and how I planned to complain online and spend as much time doing this as he waisted. His reply was the Name is Moore Chrysler Jeep, good luck with that.... So I'm making it my mission to let everyone who reads this know what kind of people they are dealing with at Moore Chrysler Jeep. (Chris is the slimiest guy I've ever had the opportunity to speak to and didn't even have the decency of taking out is chewing tobacco while talking to me). The fact that they could tell us what we wanted to hear to get us in is just dirty. But to drag a mother in with a 2 year old who is crying and running around and does not want to be there knowing full well they couldn't do the deal is repulsive. More
My wife and I went to the dealership to look at a vehicle that they had listed on their inventory. Marty came out to meet us and took us to the vehicle. After we decided it was not suitable for our needs, he that they had listed on their inventory. Marty came out to meet us and took us to the vehicle. After we decided it was not suitable for our needs, he obtained an inventory sheet and we went to look at 3 other vehicles that were in the back lot of the dealership. When we saw the second vehicle, we knew it was the right one for us. Marty produced the carfax for the vehicle and there was a short and pleasant negotiation on price that was agreeable. The entire process was smooth and quick and everyone was very friendly. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Moore Chrysler Jeep and I would not hesitate to visit this dealer when I'm in the car market again. More
My husband and I went to the dealership thinking we were going to look at Jeep Cherokee's to help us determine exactly what we wanted in a car and to give us an idea as to what we were going to spend. Thank going to look at Jeep Cherokee's to help us determine exactly what we wanted in a car and to give us an idea as to what we were going to spend. Thanks to the friendly, and not pushy attitude of our sales person, Rick Watson, we ended up purchasing our new Jeep later that day. Rick and the team at Moore Chrysler was very informative and courteous. They were terrific to work with and we are very pleased with the new Jeep Cherokee we purchased. More
Dealership uses deceptive pricing practices. The online vehicle price includes a $995 dealer fee that is loosley disclosed. I did end up purchasing the vehicle, but have buyers remorse. $995 is a signifi vehicle price includes a $995 dealer fee that is loosley disclosed. I did end up purchasing the vehicle, but have buyers remorse. $995 is a significant change in price that I feel is essetially a bait and switch practice. The jeep I purchased had a scratched top, which I was aware of. The dealer's body & paint shop wanted $600 (retail) to repaint the top. I contacted Ms Tangolics by phone and email, neither of which was returned, to see if the dealership would work with me at a reduced cost to repaint the top. After several days, I contacted Sandy Young, who apparently works in the customer service group as well. I spoke to her on Tuesday, October 29th and haven't heard back since. I would expect alot more from a dealership that I just purchased a vehicle from. As for your "customer service group", you should either give them some lattitude to make decisions and certainly some training in regards following up. Thanks More

I had a great experience at Moore. Wally is a great salesman, I felt like we were friends at the end of the night. Finance was great, in and out of that normally dreadful room in under 5 minutes. I've leased many new cars in the past and this was by far my best experience. It wasn't the closest Jeep dealer to me, but well worth the drive. Thanks Wally, I love my Wrangler! More
