I found Moore Jeep/Chrysler/Subaru to be different than the majority of other dealers. When my husband and I first stopped in to look around we found the atmosphere to be "no pressure". Salesmen did not flock like vultures, we were allowed to just roam the lot looking at vehicles. When we located the vehicle we were interested in, Rick Watson took us on a great test drive. He was very personable and friendly. I have to be honest, it has been my past experience that you know if you really want to buy a car from a specific dealer within the first 20 minutes or so of your visit, based on your initial reaction to the atmosphere of the dealer itself and most importantly the attitude and professionalism of the salesman. Rick Watson was amazing!!! The finance department /Evan was equally professional. It was clear that he, along with Rick worked very hard to assist us in purchasing the vehicle we wanted. To our surprise, they were able to make our dream of owning a jeep a reality in under two business days. Our visit to the dealership to sign documents and take delivery was equally stunning. All documents were prepared in advance, the vehicle was detailed and gassed up ready to go. We were in and out in under 10 minutes!!! I have to admit my experience with Moore was at first a bit bumpey at first. This van is my first new car in years. I Had My Service Rep Help Me Attach The Loose Battery Housing, And Was Told That I Had To Get The Wash Later Due To The Current Schedule. So, I Headed Inside, To Once Again Look At The 2014 Silver Jeep Patriot I Saw Last Month On The Moore WebSite. Seeing That It Was A Beautiful Morning, I Sat On The Bench Outside With Roy Morris. Well This Led To That; And I Drove Home In The 2014 Silver Patriot That I Was Interested In. Now, Moore Gets The Highest Rating From Me, Because This IS The 3rd New Purchase That I Have Made Since 2007. We went into the dealership just to see what was available, not necessarily planning to purchase at that time. One of the things I dislike about car dealerships is when you pull into the lot someone available, not necessarily planning to purchase at that time. One of the things I dislike about car dealerships is when you pull into the lot someone comes out (practically before you're even out of your car) to see if they can "help" you. When you say you're just looking, they follow you around and give you no privacy. Moore was not like that. They gave us the freedom to look around and when we had questions, we went inside and someone was waiting to assist us. Marty Thompson was our salesperson. He was patient, answered all our questions, low key and did not try to pressure us into purchasing a vehicle. After purchasing our Jeep, I had trouble figuring out how to sync my cell phone with the vehicle's hands free phone. I went into the dealership and met with Marty and Rick Watson. They walked me thru getting it all set up. They both were very patient and did not make me feel like I was being rushed. More
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Moore Chrysler Jeep is the personification of why people dread the car buying experience. Went in on Saturday to look at a vehicle. Told the salesperson that today I am tes personification of why people dread the car buying experience. Went in on Saturday to look at a vehicle. Told the salesperson that today I am test driving several cars and narrowing it down to the top two. On Sunday I went back in with my family to allow my wife to test drive. After the test drive, we sat down with the salesperson and I told them what I wanted to pay. After the obligatory back and forth about MSRP, taxes, tags, etc. and how my number is too low, I said that's fine, if you aren't able to make the deal there isn't any reason to keep talking. The salesperson went back to get the manager, Chris Donevski, and this is where everything went sideways. He asked where I got my number, I told him, that is what the car is worth to me and what I will pay. Chris went back the MSRP speech again, I stopped him and said that doesn't mean anything, I know there is mark up in the MSRP. He retorted that my price was ridiculous, at that point my wife and I stood up said we were sorry he felt that way and were starting to leave, he then said he's sorry we "wasted" his salesperson's time, I stepped in, held my hand out and told him to not disrespect my wife, he shot back for me to put my hand down. All of this happened in front of my daughter. The three of us turned and left, as I was leaving I saw the salesperson and said he needs new management. Basic people skills and negotiation training are severely lacking at Moore Chrysler Jeep on Bell Rd. in Peoria Arizona. I would never buy a car from them. No wonder there were no customers in the sales room as we were leaving. More

It was my first visit to a dealership to gather information on a 4x4 for myself. I was greeted by Roy Morris, who feel really listened to my description of what I wanted. Mr. Morris took me to see several vehicles which he deemed appropriate but did not try to sell me something more than I needed. This gracious gentleman spent a great deal of time patiently and respectfully answering my questions, never once did he try to rush me. I am a 60 year-old female with a pre-conceived notion that I would rather go to the dentist than go to a car dealership. That is no longer true. I was very impressed with Mr. Morris and I will buy my next vehicle from him. Thank you, Roy Morris, for the very positive and pleasant experience! I CANNOT say the same for the other two dealerships I visited, on the same mission. More
