Defective Service I had an oil and filter change performed on my vehicle on May 30. The vehicle was delivered to me 2 1/2 quarts short of Chrysler Corp's required oil I had an oil and filter change performed on my vehicle on May 30. The vehicle was delivered to me 2 1/2 quarts short of Chrysler Corp's required oil capacity. This error could easily have been detected by service personnel simply by checking the oil level on the dipstick since no oil was visible when I later checked the oil. The service writer, Cory Fox, was courteous, expressed concern, and said someone would follow up to further discuss this egregious failure. To date I have heard from no one. More

Patrick was our salesman and he did an excellent job of explaining everything we wanted to know about the different options we had available. We ended up buying not just one but two cars that day, a '15 Jeep Wrangler and a '15 Jeep Cherokee. The staff was attentive and worked diligently to get us not only out the door quickly, but out the door with a deal that was doable for us. The process was incredibly smooth and the staff couldn't have been more polite and accommodating. I just returned today to have some dealer installed options turned on and the process went smoothly, albeit a little slower, but there was quite a crowd in the service department. All in all I will definitely return to Moore Auto Group the next time we are in the market for a new automobile, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking as well. More

Keith and Spencer at Moore Chrylsler Jeep were easy going, no pressure, kind of sales people. I knew what I was looking for and they guided me to the right vehicle. Once I settled on a vehicle they worked with me on the price and I was out of there in no time flat. What normally took over 3 or 4 hours now took under 2 hours. I've had the car a week now and I've been looking all over online and I can't find a better deal than what they gave me. I fully recommend these guys. When I am ready to buy a car again, I will definitely talk to Keith and Spencer first. One last thing... I am not the easiest person to please, I know this, and I don't write reviews... ever. So please understand that this is as honest review as you will possibly get. Talk to them yourself and do your research and I think you'll agree that they are going to be hard to beat. My disclaimer: I did purchase a used vehicle and not a new one. I can not speak for their new vehicle prices. Best car buying experience EVER My experience at Moore Auto was the BEST that I have EVER had. I have purchased at least 12 new autos over the past 30 years, Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, My experience at Moore Auto was the BEST that I have EVER had. I have purchased at least 12 new autos over the past 30 years, Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Toyota, Honda so I have a wide background to judge from. If anyone had told me how good of an experience I would have at Moore Auto I would have said yeah right. My story: I did a bunch of internet research and knew exactly what I wanted. I had contacted several other dealers and all I wanted was a price. I didn't need a test drive and didn't need to kick the tires because I knew what I wanted. Every single other dealer - even those with supposedly no hassle - tried to get me to 'come on in' lets talk and they always had to talk with a manager to give me a response which was 99% of the time not favorable to me as a buyer. I did an online inquire at Moore and was contacted by Tara. I told her I was frustrated and didn't know if I wanted to talk to dealers any more. She asked me to hang on and got Spencer on the line who I shared my frustration about the other dealers. I had done my research and discussed my requirements with Spencer. His first offer to me met all of my expectations which no other dealer in the valley would commit to. I told Spencer I would come into the dealership in the afternoon but I only had a short time to do paperwork because of other commitments but said I could come in the next day. Spencer assured me he would get me in and out. I am still pinching myself but as surely as you are reading this from the time I arrived at the dealership Keith greeted us and had everything ready to go. The vehicle was ready. We received a thorough walkthrough and I would highly recommend Moore to everyone considering a vehicle. Honest to goodness we walked out of the dealership, papers signed, driving our new Jeep Grand Cherokee in less than one hour after driving in. More
