Roy Morris met us, on a very hot day, with icy bottles of water before he showed the 2016 Town and Country parked in front to compare with the newly redesigned Town and Country renamed "Pacifica". Roy's knowledge of the new features and the test drive sold us. Never been interested in owning a minivan before, but loved the tech options and comfortable seating and the ride was heaven. Thanks Roy, we'll be back soon to get our dream car. More

One extremely unhappy customer I have a huge complaint with finance now and I'm not sure that I will recommend Moore now. The basic is this, we agreed on 1000 down on my Mastercard I have a huge complaint with finance now and I'm not sure that I will recommend Moore now. The basic is this, we agreed on 1000 down on my Mastercard once my retirement came in and if it didn't we would use a back up contract of nothing down. Was told if my payments were 501.50 I would know all went through if they were $17.00 more I would know they back up contract was used. Unfortunately I did not follow up and when I received my payment book with payments of 501.50 I assumed all was fine. Moore contacted me at work after they were told on more the one occasion NOT to call me at work and it's now 2 months after the fact to say I need to pay my 1000 down the told me that if I didn't pay it and or if the back up contract was used I would be reported late to the credit bureau then he said they would be taking it out of his paycheck. My mom has been dealing with some serious medical issues so unfortunately my mind has been elsewhere. Anyways this has now become a major issue for me and they want me to make payments to the dealership of 250 a month for 5 months..needless to say I can not afford to do that that's why the backup contract was going into play if the Mastercard payment did not go through. I am not to impressed with any of this and this has now made what started out to be a very decent experience into a nightmare and now has made me rethink ever dealing with Moore again even for service on my jeep. More

Defective Service I had an oil and filter change performed on my vehicle on May 30. The vehicle was delivered to me 2 1/2 quarts short of Chrysler Corp's required oil I had an oil and filter change performed on my vehicle on May 30. The vehicle was delivered to me 2 1/2 quarts short of Chrysler Corp's required oil capacity. This error could easily have been detected by service personnel simply by checking the oil level on the dipstick since no oil was visible when I later checked the oil. The service writer, Cory Fox, was courteous, expressed concern, and said someone would follow up to further discuss this egregious failure. To date I have heard from no one. More

Excellent Experience We went in on Super Bowl Sunday to look around, not necessarily intent on buying. Patrick was our salesman and he did an excellent job of explaining We went in on Super Bowl Sunday to look around, not necessarily intent on buying. Patrick was our salesman and he did an excellent job of explaining everything we wanted to know about the different options we had available. We ended up buying not just one but two cars that day, a '15 Jeep Wrangler and a '15 Jeep Cherokee. The staff was attentive and worked diligently to get us not only out the door quickly, but out the door with a deal that was doable for us. The process was incredibly smooth and the staff couldn't have been more polite and accommodating. I just returned today to have some dealer installed options turned on and the process went smoothly, albeit a little slower, but there was quite a crowd in the service department. All in all I will definitely return to Moore Auto Group the next time we are in the market for a new automobile, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking as well. More
