Unfortunate event turned into a great experience! I searched online for quite some time before I found my dream car at Moore Chrysler Jeep/Peoria Subaru. We worked out the details & drove off the lot in my CPO WRX & was extremely happy - Until the Check Engine light came on before even getting home. But Jeff Glazier (my salesman) took the time to drive all the way out from Peoria to Chandler to pick up the vehicle & drop off a loaner car while they investigated the issues. Long story short, there were bigger issues with that vehicle & Jeff was able to work out a deal to get me into a brand new 2017 WRX for about the same price! AND threw in a nice credit for parts & accessories for all our troubles & inconvenience. Jeff was a life-saver & amazing to work with! Very personable & understanding, and wanted nothing but the best for us. Although the experience wasn't what we anticipated at first, Jeff made sure to correct it ten-fold, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! So my wife & I headed over to Moore where we were greeted by Roy Morris, just the guy I was going ask for. We had an awesome experience from the very beginning. False advertising Called twice and said I was on my way to view the car, drove an hour to get there and they said it was sold while I was on my way. I've never known to take less than an hour to buy a car. The car is still online as "for sale", an obvious ploy to get people to come to the lot. They have my phone number and didn't call me to say it was sold. When I called I asked for the sales department and the girl who answered said she was sales. The first thing the salesman told me was that they should have had me talk to the sale department, she obviously just looking for a commission because she is not sales. Not happy with vehicle purchase "Certified used car" The deal went pretty well as the asking price was reasonable for the condition of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited. The vehicle started having an electrical problem and did not want to start. I had to fight that until I had time to look into the issue and it turned out to be a bad battery. The battery had 12 volts at standing but when put under a load (starting) the cranking amps went to zero. One would think a "Certified Used Vehicle" would have had the simplest test done and the battery replaced. I informed the sales man by email and of course never got a response yet alone an offer to repay me the $204.00 cost of the battery. I would use great caution with buying an "Certified Used Vehicle" at this dealership. Have it checked out for yourself at an independent mechanic, first. More
