Just stopped by to look but the service won my business! I was preapproved through my credit union and was only stopping by to show my husband the jeep I wanted (before buying across town at another dealersh I was preapproved through my credit union and was only stopping by to show my husband the jeep I wanted (before buying across town at another dealership.) We stopped Jay Johnson in the parking lot to ask him a few questions. He was extremely helpful and his excellent customer service won our business over. I could not be happier with my new Jeep. It was a very poor experience. This is the worse dealership we have ever been in, even though Wally was real nice I don't think he understood what we were looking for. We didn't get to test drive the vehicle because it was buried in the back lot and he had to get it out. The next thing we knew he was having detailed and gas before could see it. It was closing time and the finance advisor was in a hurry to get home because his wife was holding supper. He also told us we could trade this vehicle in 2 years. That was a lie. We are so buried in the vehicle. We tried to get out of the next day because we weren't approved yet and was told the the owner will not undo deals. Now we are in a vehicle that doesn't even match what we traded in plus increased our interest by 2 points. Try to talk to the owner several times and the only person I could ever talk to is Steve the General Manager. More
