Just stopped by to look but the service won my business! It was a very poor experience. This is the worse dealership we have ever been in, even though Wally was real nice I don't think he understood what we were looking for. We didn't get to test drive the vehicle because it was buried in the back lot and he had to get it out. The next thing we knew he was having detailed and gas before could see it. It was closing time and the finance advisor was in a hurry to get home because his wife was holding supper. He also told us we could trade this vehicle in 2 years. That was a lie. We are so buried in the vehicle. We tried to get out of the next day because we weren't approved yet and was told the the owner will not undo deals. Now we are in a vehicle that doesn't even match what we traded in plus increased our interest by 2 points. Try to talk to the owner several times and the only person I could ever talk to is Steve the General Manager. More

We walked in with kids and nobody blinked .They sat us in an office purposely next to the kids playroom so We had a great car buying experience here. Then the finance department really worked to get us a low interest rate and made sure to explain everything and made sure we were all on the same page .
