Moore Chrysler Jeep

Poor customer service tech I came in for oil change/tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I went to check on my car. It was clearly finished but my “ tech” was tal I came in for oil change/tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I went to check on my car. It was clearly finished but my “ tech” was talking to a woman he seemed to know. No problem...I’m fine with that! When he saw me he said, “ oh you’re still waiting?” which of course I was since he hadn’t called me. Once I made it inside his cubicle, after he hugged his previous customer goodbye, he just said “credit or debit.” Nothing more. I had to ask how much it was & never received a verbal summary of what they had done/ found.. He took my card,ran it & I left. It was all very frustrating. I will NOT be returning to this dealership for service....or anything else! More

oil change and fuel system service i'm not complaining about your workmanship. but then i took my car to emissions and my car rejected emissions because of something done to my car's c i'm not complaining about your workmanship. but then i took my car to emissions and my car rejected emissions because of something done to my car's computer. travis said to drive the car for a week and then i should pass. if it doesn't, i hold moore chrysler responsible and you will have to help me pass. i don't have time for all this nonsense. Price was great /Chris Wesley is awesome I had a list of cars that I was going to look at but I started at Moore Chrysler Jeep because they had the best price on what I was looking for. I know his job is to sell cars but he was not pushy at all like other places can be. Our conversations were very easy going. It was like talking to a friend that you have not seen in a while. I also worked with Nick Cetwinski in Finance. He was also very friendly and professional was well. He did not waste any of my time and made the signing process very smooth and easy. My entire experience was great and I drove off in my new car very happy with the people I met and with the deal that I got. More
