Unnessary charge I was charged for a tire rotation when it was supposed to be included on my 10,000 mileage service. I had received an email from Moore saying all toge I was charged for a tire rotation when it was supposed to be included on my 10,000 mileage service. I had received an email from Moore saying all together it would be $86.00 I was charged 80 for an oil change and 20 for a tire rotation I confronted the service attendant about it and he said he doesn’t know where the price came from I then showed him the email and said he knew nothing of it and there was nothing that could be done. More

Worst new car purchase experience ever. Would leave no stars if it was an option. The dealership was completely disorganized. We had to drive up and down every row of vehicles while pushing the clicker panic button listening for the annoying alarm to find the vehicles. The vehicle we purchased was found in there digital inventory and took them over an hour to find and deliver vehicle to front of store for a physical viewing. Dealers original price offered was so far over competitors avg. pricing. The detail cleaning of the vehicle was horrible. I had to spend 2 whole days to get the vehicle cleaned properly. I would have walked away from the deal but the market was limited on features I was looking for and was on a time crunch and did not have the time to start over at another dealer. More

Nothing pushy or sale-sy about him. Genuine and observant which makes him good at his job. Troy in financing, equally as stellar. I gave him the skinny on what I wanted to accomplish and he worked with me to get to my payment. We were on the same page from the start, which made the process super fast and easy. Best part, was my car was delivered and didn't even get any pressure for trade in on my car. They get it and understand how to do business. I appreciated it and would definitely recommend Moore Chrysler. More
