Stay Clear Of this Dealership I purchased a new Jeep in March of 2018. Two weeks after the purchase I called the dealership and wanted to upgrade to a rubicon, they told me the cou I purchased a new Jeep in March of 2018. Two weeks after the purchase I called the dealership and wanted to upgrade to a rubicon, they told me the could not do anything until after 30 days otherwise it would not count for their sales numbers. So in other words they cared more about sales numbers than letting a customer spend more money with them. I was frustrated but decided to just keep the one I had. In July 2018 my wife was driving with our kids and a friend when she her a loud pop and then noticed the jeep overheating. She pulled over and we had the jeep towed to the dealership. They proceeded to tell me a belt broke which caused the overheating which then blew the top of the radiator off and seized up the AC system. The dealership repaired Jeep under the warranty. During the process I tried to get in touch with a manger at the store several times to express my frustration that a brand new jeep that had less than 4000 miles could have such a problem. I asked my service adviser several times to have the manager call me. I never received a call. I then called jeep corporate as the dealership now had my jeep for over a week and never even offered a loaner vehicle. Corporate called the dealership and all of sudden the jeep was ready for pick up. Again in October of 2018 my wife was driving with my daughter and began to hear a loud knocking noise in the engine. She pulled over and again we had it towed to the dealership. They called when they received it and said they would take a look at in on Monday as they were slammed and give me a call. (this was a Saturday) Well after receiving no call on Monday or Tuesday I decided to call and see what was going on. They then informed me that the jeep would need a whole new engine. I was in awe, I told them quite frankly I do not want the vehicle back as it obviously has some major issues. I again asked to talk to a manager to help resolve the situation. After them having the Jeep over a week I again called in to see about a loaner vehicle which was not offered. It was 6:03 pm and the service department closed at 6:00 pm the lady on the phone was so rude about it it amazed me. She said they are closed and I asked to speak to a manager and she again said they were closed. I said there is no manager on duty? She then said Ill transfer you and hung up on me!! I called the back and again asked to talk to a manager. She finally put me through and while the manger was nice and hear my complaint offered no real resolution. The next I did get a call from the Service Director who said all he could do was replace the engine and anything further would need to be handled through the Sales manager or Jeep corporate. Since then it has been a month with little contact from the dealer. I have called several times requesting to speak with a general manger with no return call. I have filed another complaint with jeep corporate as well. At this point we are in the qualifying stages of AZ lemon law and I can not get a return call from a manger to discuss. I have got a call from jeep corporate on a Friday stating my vehicle would be ready on Monday. Well here it is the following Saturday and still no word, not even a call. More

All it takes it one clients review to jeopardize a companies integrity. More

Brand new van. Down for two weeks for parts. Took two visits and two days to decide we had to wait 10 days for a part. Problem takes away the rear gate on van. 380 miles on van. Transmission replaced Service was fine. But I bought my jeep here and in less than a year I had to put all new brakes and rotors on it. Then the transmission threw a code a Service was fine. But I bought my jeep here and in less than a year I had to put all new brakes and rotors on it. Then the transmission threw a code and it's been a nightmare ever since. Why would this dealership charge me $895 when I financed it saying it was to go over the vehicle and make sure it was in great shape. I shouldn't have needed brakes and rotors 2 months later. And the transmission I found out is a known problem for this year. Should be covered or a recall as far as I see it More
