Oil change service issue Brought my car in for an oil change. Told I needed a whole bunch of service items. I said I was on a tight schedule. Gave time of my meeting 21/2 hour Brought my car in for an oil change. Told I needed a whole bunch of service items. I said I was on a tight schedule. Gave time of my meeting 21/2 hours later. Told No problem. Came back as nu told car was done/they were still working on it. I was unable to reschedule my meeting with an out of state client. Service guy gave me a c ok upon for a free car wash. My timeline was tight since my client had to catch a plane. I would not have had the service done if he gave me an honest timeline. I will now need to go to Chicago to do this meeting More

Buying a car isn't always a bad thing! I came into the dealership wanting to look at one particular car. The salesman was very helpful and showed me several, but since I am handicapped ther I came into the dealership wanting to look at one particular car.
