UPDATE N MY NOV 28 REVIEW - Not a Happy Camper After two trips to the Moore Service Department in a few weeks time my transmission issues continued. The first time you kept it over 2 days. The seco After two trips to the Moore Service Department in a few weeks time my transmission issues continued. The first time you kept it over 2 days. The second time over 4 days. Each time all you did was update software. Last week it started acting up again. When we purchased the vehicle in early January 2014 we purchased the Lifetime Extended Warranty. Before we did so, I told your salesman, Rick, that our family had purchased/leased 20 some vehicles from Bill Luke and that when we purchased extended warranties through them the deductable always disappeared if we took the vehicles back to them for warranty work. Rick went off to talk with someone for 10 minutes or so and came back and told us that Moore will do the same. We signed and bought with that agreement. Now, taking our vehicle to your service department we are told by the service advisors that we must pay the $100 deductible on warranty work. Wow. Lies were told to us to get our signature. Lies that we could not know about until years later when we come back to take advantage of what we thought was truth. We find out that the factory on our drive train expires early January 2019. So, the question that haunts me is, is Moore Service just dinking around with my transmission problems so they can collect $100 from me after a January 3rd, since it is now obvious you will not stand behind our agreement we made with sales in January 2014? I assure you that I will never bring my Jeep to Moore Service if I have to pay the deductible, for if I have to, Moore is not a company who keeps their word. Having saidall that, with my ongoing transmission issues, after taking it to your service department twice, were still there. Last week I called Larry H Miller across the road. In 5 days they actually repaired my transmission, took it apart, replaced a computer module and another series of computer stuff and parts all for nothing under the factory warranty still in effect for a couple more weeks. Hurray for a reputable dealer and top notch service department who takes the time they find out what the problem is and fixes it, honestly. Rev. Dick Bartels, Retired More

A few days later I noticed I was missing an air tire cap - I called Keith Diklin the Sales Manager and he said he put one in the mail for me. That was Thursday the 6th - by Tuesday I hadnt received the cap so i called twice and emailed no response - i went to the dealership on Dec 13 and asked for Keith - he came out and when I introduced myself he smirked at me.... I asked if something was funny and he said “your demaeaner’ - i said “I’m just done” and he said “so am I” . So am I ? I paid $22500 for a car with 17 miles on it and this was my SECOND trip back to the dealership- I didnt find any humor in that - he went and got the cap and when he came back I said I called 2x and emailed and he apologized and said “well I’m busy” - come to find out he sent me survey - the survey I got asked about my sales Consultant and I was Honest - I never Gave him bad review - but I guess the level of Customer Service is based on your response to a survey. The sale of the car went badly enough but to basically laughed at and dismissed is was pretty awful. If this is how Moore Jeeps management treats their customers you may want to take your business elsewhere More
