Wirst experience I’ve had at any dealership!! I had my car three days in for service and they did nothing. The car was running fine but just brought it in for the engine service light that was on. Travis Reagan I called in Thursday morning around 930am and spoke with Travis, I informed him my car kept getting stuck in park, and asked him how much it would be I called in Thursday morning around 930am and spoke with Travis, I informed him my car kept getting stuck in park, and asked him how much it would be to have them look at it. He told me not to worry about diagnostics, and that he would take care of me, fully implying that I would not have a fee for it. When i dropped off my car, Travis ran codes, and one for a brake switch popped up. I said, well that makes since, i cant get it out of park if the brake switch isnt working. He then told me, that that was not true. Seemed odd to me, but I am not a mechanic, so what do I know. Friday around noon, over 24 hours later. I had yet to hear from Travis, so I called in, when he came on the phone, he said, and I quote " if I had anything to tell you, I would have called. And since I havent called, I obviously do not have any information" i asked if he knew when i could find out, because, life is pretty much impossible with out a car, i drive for uber, which Travis knew, and i needed to work, or at least know when i would be able to work again. He said, " we are backed up, just like every other dealership, and as soon as my tech gets back to me, I'll get back to you" he made me feel bad for calling , just to check on my car. A few hours later, around 3pm, Travis called to inform me, it was the brake switch and would cost me $160.00 to fix, i had already researched the price, and found that the brake switch for my car costs $15.00 . I told him i couldnt afford such an up charge and was coming to get my car. He then informed me that I actually would have to pay for diagnostics, even though he had previously told me I wouldnt. When I arrived to pick up my car, Travis was no where to be seen, I paid the $75.53. Get in my car, just to find out the mechanic had broken the mounting collar, and my break lights were permanently stuck on, leaving me in a dangerous situation, where other drivers on the road can not tell if I am slowing down. I was not informed of this by Travis, or any other member of the moore Chrysler jeep team. My car is fixed now, a ten minute fix, really. No thanks to moore. I do not recommend going to them, especially if you are a woman. They will do anything to take advantage of you. And lie right to your face as they are doing it.
