They were good salespeople in that they don't overly exert pressure. They offer a wide selection of vehicles. I went to look at a Chevy Equinox but it wasn't for me. They showed me a Cadillac SRX. I never thought I would like a Cadillac but so far I'm so elated that I bought one. It has all the latest features I was looking for and it wasn't unaffordable. They let me test drive the car overnight which really allowed enough time to feel more comfortable with my choice. This was more than I ever expected. They have great customer service and a beautiful establishment. Nasim worked very hard and was patient with me and I'm a very picky and finicky client. I would recommend this dealership and salesperson to friends and family. More

I traded in my 2012 SRX that I purchased from Moore Cadillac in 2012 with onl New Car Buyers...Beware...Read This!!! Note: I'm a repeat customer. I traded in my 2012 SRX that I purchased from Moore Cadillac in 2012 with only19K miles and in excellent condition for the new 2014 SRX with the enhanced security features in May 2014. My new 2014 was in the shop the 2nd and 3rd week after purchasing for various problems and major repairs. In June my vehicle was back at Moore service for the Theft Detection alarm going off while the vehicle was in motion and the fear of being stranded on the road away from home was frightening. The diagnosis of the problem took about 2 weeks with No resolution. Just 3 weeks ago, our vehicle was back at Moore Service for another 10 days for various problems with NO resolution AND guess what, Yes, Roadside Service will be towing our vehicle back to Moore dealership tomorrow for the Engine leaking oil heavily. The Leadership here doesn't seems to care once the ink on the sales papers are signed. And This is VERY BAD Business! I am truly Disappointed with Moore Cadillac. Over the past several months, we have reached out to General Motors and to Moore Cadillac's Owner, Mr. Joe Moore, and no body wants to help us with the exception of Audrey the Service Manager whose hands seem to be tied and everybody keeps saying "I'm Sorry". Mr. Moore, I've filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau seeking some resolution. Why don't your dealership "Do The Right Thing" and either give us another 2014 or take back the Lemon that you sold us and dismiss the $50,000 Debt. My wife and I purchased a used 2009 Cadillac Escalade from Dean Patterson in PA. We did not know at the time, but there were issues with this vehicle. We brought it into Moore Cadillac to have it checked out since it failed VA inspection. The brakes were worn, the rear shock was seized up. The A/C went out and was blowing hot air. Moore took care of us, even though we did not buy the vehicle from them. David and Paul gave us an honest assessment, worked with us and explained in detail the entire process. Audrey made sure we were taken care of to build on the customer relationship. Paul even took the time to take us to the vehicle to show the items that were wrong. Everyone was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to gain our trust. They far exceeded our expectations of what a typical dealership experience would have been. It's refreshing to know that there are still good and honest people at a car dealership who care about their customers. More

Mr. Dane Beunier's outstanding customer Service really changed my mind towards Moore Cadillac. My husband was a Cadillac man when I met him, so you know that he was excited about purchasing anothe really changed my mind towards Moore Cadillac. However, after receiving the service we did from Moore Cadillac, in reference to the servicing of our vehicle, and a few other concerns, I told my husband that we would not patronize Moore Cadillac ever again. However, when we scheduled an early Saturday morning servicing appointment for our vehicle, we were approached by Mr. Beunier. As we aired our past and present concerns and problems, that we had initially presented before to your dealership, Mr. Beunier's patience and listening ear really got my attention. He let us know that we had nothing to worry about, that our concerns and problems would be taken care of. In other words, he treated us like he truly had genuine interest in how we felt and the reputation of your dealership. He also placed a follow-up call to us on the Monday after our vehicle servicing to be sure that everything was okay. So, please know that due to the outstanding customer service of Mr. Beunier, he has renewed my trust in Moore Cadillac. More
My service advisor was Dane Beunier. I called him early Saturday morning to get my truck in for major repairs. I called several other Cadillac dealerships in the area, and none of them were willing to work on my truck until the weekdays which would force me to take time away from work. Dane assured me that I would be taken care of, and I was. I left very happy, and Moore Cadillac will forever be my primary service location. Customer Service was great, and I am extremely grateful. I was looking at a Porsche 911, that this dealer had for sale, I told the saleman Eric that I would take the car and have them ship the car to NJ. I told him that I would go home after work and fill a credi sale, I told the saleman Eric that I would take the car and have them ship the car to NJ. I told him that I would go home after work and fill a credit app. on line, so we could get the ball rolling. The next morning I am waiting for a phone call about this transaction, but no call. I call the saleman at noon time to make sure he got the paper work, and he told me that other sale person sold the car on him, this is unproffessional, did not even get a phone call about this. He placed a GM on the phone to tell me that he made a mistake for not calling me first, I guess they where only looking at the money. I would not recommend this dealership. More

I bought a used Corvette from Moore a few months ago and it started to have some issues and wouldn't start every other time I tried to drive it. I opted to go to the Chevy dealer that was close to my house it started to have some issues and wouldn't start every other time I tried to drive it. I opted to go to the Chevy dealer that was close to my house and they couldn't find the problem. I called th crew at Moore, they reserved a loaner for me, John from the shop came out and took the time to really listen to me. He had my Vette fixed that day. Audrey called and offered to have my car detailed if I waited til the next day. I picked up my now fixed ride, clean and waiting for me. This has been by far the best car buying and following service by far. The great thing is that the entire crew worked me through the process which was a breath of fresh air. Without question, thy have earned my respect and loyalty, which I have never said about a delership before. John was an extremely trustorthy shop manager with old school ears I must add. More

He worked with his director to get me the trade-in price I was looking for on my automobile and worked out a very good price for the CTS Coupe, even giving me an option for a different less expensive Sedan model if I was interested. He and his manager Ken made this car buying an enjoyable experience rather then a pressure filled grind. Alan was professional and personable. He worked with me to go over all options in my vehicle and to get my OnStar set up and running. I would surely recommend anyone I knew who was interested in purchasing a Cadillac to work with Allen and his team at Moore's and I hope I will be as happy with the Service/Maintenance of my CTS over the next 4 years.
