It won't pass inspection. I purchased a used Volvo with less then 30 day old VA inspection. This car failed MD inspection because of multiple lights out. How could it pass VA inspection with all these lights out? I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a used car. You would think buying a used car from a dealer would insure it would pass inspection but their inspection dept doesn't car and should have their license revoked. More

poor customer service and a waist of time I went to the dealership to trade in my car on a pre-owned vehicle. They drove my car and then asked me what CarMax was going to give me for my car. They never would tell me what they were going to give me and they wanted to see my offer from CarMax before they would tell me what they would give me. there was a sticker on the pre-owned vehicle that I wanted to buy saying it had a warranty but the sales person told me it was not under warranty and ripped the sticker off in front of me. It's been several months and I still do not have an offer on my car. They wasted four hours of my time 2 days in a row. More

Great experience buying mint Lincoln Mark VIII LSC I have been looking to purchase a used Lincoln Mark VIII with under 50,000 miles, they are very hard to find ! One night as I was surfing the Internet I have been looking to purchase a used Lincoln Mark VIII with under 50,000 miles, they are very hard to find ! One night as I was surfing the Internet, one showed up at Moore Cadillac. I sent an inquiry in asking a few questions about the car since there were no pictures of it. Kevin Soltwedel called me back the next morning and answered all my questions about the Mark VIII, plus sent me some pictures of it. With the low mileage and the condition of the car (which was excellent !), I decided to buy it, even though I wouldn't be able to pick it up for two weeks because of my work schedule. Kevin got all of the paperwork ready, and the Saturday that I was to going to pick the car up, since I was flying in, Kevin sent one of his co-workers to the airport to pick me up in a black Escalade. When I arrived at the dealership, Kevin was busy with another client. When he got a chance to break away for a moment, he took me to show the car and asked me if I needed to test drive it. I didn't need to, since I would be driving it home. He gave me the keys, and I looked over the car very thoroughly, it was in excellent condition as he said it was. When Kevin came back, he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. I signed off on the deal, and drove it home to Northeast Ohio, going thorough five states in a constant rainstorm most of the way. Driving thru the rain was the only bad part of this experience. Kevin called me on Monday and asked if I had any problems on the way home. I told him that things went very smoothly and the Mark VIII LSC handled flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Kevin for the way that they take care of their customers. Moore Cadillac has to be the nicest dealership that I have ever been in, even though I was 365 miles away from home, it was the best buying experience that I have ever had ! More

Unlikely to pass a strict state safety inspection if one of the items was not taken care of immediately. Would recommend avoiding unless you're willing to fix in order to pass inspection and avoid headaches down the road over next couple months. More
