I could not wrap my head around the new RXs, they have not won any beauty contests in a loooong time. I decided to do research on cadillacs and went to Moore Cadillac in chantilly. AMAZING!! The whole experience was professional, personal, pleasant, and NOT reproducible anywhere else. Albert, Tony, and Farid were amazingly awesome. I ended up buying a 2014 SRX with 15k miles, the price was great, the warranty--amazing, and financing beat USAA rates! I had the best experience and so happy with my decision and vehicle. They are sales people, but not slippery or creepy. More

Salesmen are extremely HELPFUL! Unlike all the dealerships I've been to this past week (Jeep, Land Rover, Lexus), I actually felt wanted here. Other dealers made me feel like I need them, Moore Cadillac made me feel so valued! I'm telling you I will never buy another car from another dealership again! Moore Cadillac in Chantilly is officially my go to place until I can no longer drive! This was due to the fact that I was unable to check the Oil (%) (which was t 45%). This was great since this saved me from another trip to have this done. More
AWFUL EXPERIENCE Awful service and entirely incompetent finance director. I worked with Farid on financing, and despite my repeated calls to Cadillac, a voicemail mess Awful service and entirely incompetent finance director. I worked with Farid on financing, and despite my repeated calls to Cadillac, a voicemail message to Farid, and email directly to Farid, all of which were ignored, Farid managed completely botch my financing by submitting the incorrect loan amount, making my monthly payments significantly higher. Frankly, this employee should be fired. The Cadillac dealership had to refund USAA the entire amount to correct its error, which dinged my credit. After hours of time wasted on the phone with Cadillac, I was the big loser. Cadillac did absolutely NOTHING to correct their employees incompetence. They wasted my time, lowered my credit score, and I am overall extremely unhappy with how I was treated. More

Additionally, he told me they only work with one financing institution, which I learned from another person in their finance department (Tom) that this is completely false - they work with over 13. Frankly, this employee should be fired. Moore Cadillac had to refund USAA the entire amount of the incorrectly submitted loan to correct its error, forcing me to start over, and unnecessarily dinging my credit. After hours of time wasted on the phone with Cadillac, I was the big loser. Cadillac did absolutely NOTHING to correct their employees incompetence. They wasted my time, lowered my credit score, and I am overall extremely unhappy with how I was treated. More

We agreed on that work that needed to be done. He said it would be ready the next day. Don called the next day to let us know it was done and gave us the total. We would only take our vehicle to Moore Cadillac and no one else. They are straight shooters. They fix the vehicle right the first time. The best General Motors service department in Northern Virginia. Don Kelly and Michael Korelitz are great. Thanks again Don and Michael. More
