Dear RM, Please accept my apology for the poor experience you had. It was an honest mistake on Patrick's part. He was unaware that we had already accepted an offer from another out of town client and they had sent us a copy of their plane ticket and had already wired the money to our account. We should have removed the vehicle from our site to prevent the issue. Your deposit refund was processed on Saturday, September 2nd. Sorry for hassle.
