I was flying out on Monday, but since the car JUST arrived, they needed to do their checks and service to the car, before they could had it over to me. So they kept my car for a month in the Hummer show room with NO COST TO ME! NOT only that! I got a after market cold intake, and the sales rep installed it for me! So I landed and picked up the car, it was ready with the new intake and super clean. SO free storage for a month and free install of a after market intake! can you say them same for the last person you got a car from? More

Then initial process in selecting the vehicle with Essie was fantastic. He was not pushy, I gave him a price and he tried to meet that price. He was unable to meet it, however, he called me back two days later and we were able to reach an agreement on the price. The paperwork process with Tom Horton was flawless. Tricky and Dirty Salesmanship I was looking for a very specific type of car - make model and color. Through Autotrader. I finally found it at this dealership on a Monday. I worked with Patrick Cowen to get a fair deal agreed to. He knew I didn't have much leverage since I was so selective. We came to a fair deal. I put a deposit on the car on Monday. So by Wednesday I had my bank fed-xing a check to buy. Patrick calls me late Wednesday and informs me they found another buyer - please accept an apology. It's been since August 16th that the deal was taken out from under me. Today is August 30th and still no refund of my deposit. I call repeatedly to leave message for Patrick and his manager. No one calls back. No deposit refund in sight. More

I was having some issues with my QVC screen that was faulty and although General Motors gave a discount it still left me with a balance because I was outside of my warranty. Don Kelly my service advisor became my advocate because he understood the faulty screen was not my fault and went the extra mile to assure I didn't have to pay for it!! I really appreciate the professionalism the service advisors display every time I bring my car to moored cadillac! Very informative and professional. I would recommend this dealership anytime. More
