I cannot say enough good things about Bob Evers. I never have to "haggle," since I know that he has given me the best trade-in possible and the lowest sale price. I trust him completely. I have purchased my last 4 Cadillacs from him. I would deal with no one else. When I eventually trade in my SRX, I will stop in to see Bob. Bob will work with me until I have exactly what I want. I can totally depend on his support, even when I had some other problems with ONSTAR. He even helped me "sync" my cell phone with the Blue Tooth capabilities of my SRX crossover, which by the way I absolutely love. I have since called about things that I did not understand in the manual and he is always patient in his explanations. His service does not stop with a sale. Bob Evers is the greatest! And he is supported by a terrific service manager, Don Kelly. Moore Cadillac is my "home." More

We had been searching for a new car for several months and finally decided on a Cadillac SRX. After some less than satisfying experiences at other dealers we found exactly the color and equipment package and finally decided on a Cadillac SRX. While it was a ninety minute drive to Moore it was worth every minute of the drive. Our sales person Ken Johnson was the most patient and courteous we have ever come across in our months long search. He was most professional in his knowledge of the product line and took almost an hour to familiarize us with the vehicle before we drove off. We felt like we were treated like VIPs. Their business manager Amy Smythe was just as completely professional and yet friendly as Ken. She managed to get a lower rate then we had gotten elsewhere. We have always felt int he past that dealing with the " loan " person was somewhat degrading. Not with this wonderful lady. This was a very comfortable experience from start to finish with her. This in our opinion was the best car buying experience we have had. We bought a car, we met some new friends and we gained a dealership for life. More

I went to Moore in search of a used CTS, I was aiming for 07/08 but surprisingly was able to purchase a used 0 exceptional service in every respect! I am so disappointed with my experience at Moore Cadillac. I have bought 3 cars from them in the past 7 years and while pulling in to the service bay, their garage door/sensors malfunctioned and th Cadillac. I have bought 3 cars from them in the past 7 years and while pulling in to the service bay, their garage door/sensors malfunctioned and the door closed on the top of my Escalade. The door caused $9,000 worth of damage, taking off the roof rails, denting the roof and dislodging a KVH satellite dish. After initially taking the blame for the malfunction and promising to repair my car, Moore Cadillac denied any wrongdoing and eventually went after my insurance for the damage to the garage door. In addition, they billed my credit card without authorization for the loaner car that they gave to me while we waited for their insurance to inspect my vehicle. I cannot even begin to tell you how inappropriately the man from the human resources department treated me. He not only led me on, but they withheld information and lied to me outright. More than once I had to ask him to stop yelling at me. I called the dealership and asked to speak with the owner/GM Joe Moore and was transferred to his assistant. Both she and Mr. Moore knew nothing about what had happened. Unfortunately, I never received a return phone call from him. He couldn't be bothered to take 5 minutes of his time to talk to me and my husband - loyal customers who have bought multiple cars from his dealership. I will never buy a car from Moore Cadillac again, nor will I use them for service on my Escalade. My loyal group of friends and family (many who also own Cadillacs) are following suit. More
The first time we visited this dealership, they were just closing. Mr. Maloney invited us in and never acted like it was an imposition to spend some time with us. They did not have the particular model we were looking for, but he took our contact information and kept in touch with us. When the model we wanted arrived at the dealership he immediately called us for a test drive. When we showed up unannounced, he greeted us by name and immediately put us on a well planned drive to experience the car. He is very knowledgeable about the product. As we had another commitment that evening, he let us be on our way with no pressure. We will be considering this product as much for Mr. Maloney's professionalism as for the car itself. More
I'm writing this review to warn people of the CROOKS that work at this ship. I wrote ch 9 news in search of the newsperson who helped rate Moore Cadillac and Hummer in Chantilly the #1 Body Shop in the wash work at this ship. I wrote ch 9 news in search of the newsperson who helped rate Moore Cadillac and Hummer in Chantilly the #1 Body Shop in the washington DC area. I have an h1 hummer that is 6 months late on getting some work done, and is now in the shop for the second time on the same work. I've also been told that a repair for a small panel will cost $4,500 (and the manufacturer says it should be no more than $500-$1000)! I think thats a heck of way to say i'm sorry for messing up your $140,000 truck when you entrusted it to our shop to fix. Attached is a list of parts they completely forgot to replace. I dont understand how this work was rated #1 in Washington DC area! The manager of the shop was snide and un-cooperative when I asked for the issue to be addressed. I was told that "the truck is good enough" and "its impossible to fix and make look how it was originally" I had to go to the owner of the dealership who said it would be fixed. And now a $4,500 bill and 59 hours of work for something the manufacturer said should take MAXIMUM of 12-15 hours and roughly $1,000 to fix?!?? For heavens sake- its not even the environmentally awful truck it once was--- its runs on RECYCLED vegetable oil! The truck is actually a show truck used to promote my Vegetable oil conversions company (http://www.goMGE.com)! 30,000 people see this truck a weekend at Green type events. Hopefully Moore Cadillac/Hummer would fix it, but unfortunately 6 months have proven otherwise. THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH POOR QUALITY WORK! More
