This was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had, and at this point, we had been to many dealerships. Alan never pressured us to purchase, and when we did make up our minds, there was no p ever had, and at this point, we had been to many dealerships. Alan never pressured us to purchase, and when we did make up our minds, there was no pressure to add on hundreds/thousands of dollars worth of options. Guess it didn't hurt that the package we purchased had nearly everything standard - and this is comparing it to not just other dealerships but to our neighbors BMW & a co-workers Mercedes Benz - the number of items that came standard even surprised them... On so many cars we had checked out, everything was an option ($$). We're all about "pressure-free car buying" - where WE decide what we want, not the salesperson, which is how we felt at some places. At Moore Cadillac - it was a terrific experience all around! Thanks Alan! More
I went into Moore Cadillac after talking to Alan on the phone to check out a vehicle. I wasn't planning on buying at the time but ended up leaving with the keys anyway. Alan put my mind to rest that i had phone to check out a vehicle. I wasn't planning on buying at the time but ended up leaving with the keys anyway. Alan put my mind to rest that i had nothing to worry about, like any hidden fees. The process went very smoothly. I could honestly say this was my first time at a dealer where i didn't have to have my guard up. I got a real good deal and went home happy. More
Saw a red 2012 SRX and had to have one! I inquired about the internet price and received an email from Ethan to establish intial contact. Within days, I decided to visit the dealership and test drive the vehicle. Ethan met with my wife and I and answered all of our questions to help determine the model we wanted - Performance. After that, all of the negotiations went very smoothly. I had a trade-in that I expected to have to sell to a private party to get a fair price. I was surprised when they offered me my "target price" for a trade-in. That saved us a major headache not having to sell the trade-in. The purchase price for the SRX was fair, and the deal was done! Our SRX was detailed while we completed the purchase contract. Once the vehicle was ready, Ethan proceeded to explain the accessories before sending us on our way. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend Moore Cadillac as a dealer and Ethan Shah as a salesman. More
First when I received call from this dealer the employee named Ethan, I said I am sure 100% that I am not buying the MINI cooper that they have due to the price. But Ethan convenes me just to come and se named Ethan, I said I am sure 100% that I am not buying the MINI cooper that they have due to the price. But Ethan convenes me just to come and see, I actually I did, and I saw that there is chance to buy the MINI. The problem I had: 1-I have already my car which I need to trade in with the MINI Cooper. 2- My budget was limited. 3-I don't have driver license from VA. 4- Worried about the incurrence. All these problem get solved by Ethan who had better knowledge than me. Also, the MINI has some problem he gave me the car as I wished. More
I was in the market for a H2 Hummer, and found 2 that I was interested in at Moore Cadillac. The vehicle I was interested in was being detailed at the time I was at the dealership, so they offered to bring was interested in at Moore Cadillac. The vehicle I was interested in was being detailed at the time I was at the dealership, so they offered to bring the car by my office the next day. The whole process from, negotiating the price, to addressing the minor changes to the vehicle, was very profesional, and very timely. I would not hesitate to recommend Ethan, and Moore Cadillac to my friends and anyone interested in purchasing a car. Thank You, Dr. Mark Miller More
I was looking for a Cadillac Escalade because my 2000 Escalade was old. I say a 2008 Escalade online and I called Ethan at Moore Cadillac. I also was talking to another dealership as well about the year Escalade was old. I say a 2008 Escalade online and I called Ethan at Moore Cadillac. I also was talking to another dealership as well about the year of cadillac. I asked over the phone Ethan how much would he give me for my trade-in on my 2000 escalade he told me that he would have to see it first. I then explained to him what the other dealer was going to give me without looking at it and he quickly matched their offer. I also talked to him about the price of the vehicle with taxes and everything over the phone and he quoted me a price that I liked. When I got to the dealership he was waiting on me and they took my old Ecalade and they reduced the price by 500 dollars for my trade-in but the price was still a great price for the vehicle, so I agreed to the price. Ethan was very professional and easy to deal with, my wife liked the fact that he did not try to sale us more than what we wanted. He took very good care of us and I would recommend that if anyone purchases a vehicle from Moore Cadillac ask for Ethan. The Moore dealership was a great experience and when I purchase another vehicle I will go to them before I go anywhere else. Thanks for your professionalism Ethan and doing everything that you could to make me and my wife help with our 2008 Escalade. More
After a week of negotions I agreed to the price for a used Cadillac XLR that Moore had advertised on its Internet Sales web site. I live out of State and Moore also agreed to handle the shipping of the X used Cadillac XLR that Moore had advertised on its Internet Sales web site. I live out of State and Moore also agreed to handle the shipping of the XLR and my trade-in vehicle and the parties would split the charges for shipping the vehicle(s). The Buyer's Order purchase agreement contract, was immediately faxed to me on May 25,2012 as agreement to the price I would pay for the XLR, the allowance for my trade-in and the the shipping of the vehicles. It was agreed that I would receive the XLR first. Moore informed me it would(Fed Ex)overnight the purchase documents and requested that I arrange to have my bank wire transfer the balance of the price of the XLR. I contacted my bank and arranged the wire transfer. My bank then called Moore to confirm that the wire transfer was being processed. I received the purchase documents, the extended warranty I purchased for the Cadillac and a new Buyer's Order purchase agreement contract from Moore on May 26,2012. At that time I notice that there was no indication on the new Buyer's Order purchase contract regarding the transport of the two vehicles. I immediatly called Moore and spoke with my salesman Mr. Khani. Mr. Khani informed me he would call me back when he had the revised Buyer's Order contract signed by his manager Mr. Whitehurst. Mr. Khani called me later and stated that Mr. Whiehurst would not honor the Buyer's Order purchase contract and had decided not to sell the Cadillac XLR to me. I was told that Mr. Whitehurst felt that, "I would not be happy with the vehicle". I asked to speak to Mr. Whitehurst but was told by Mr. Khani he was busy and would call me back. Mr. Whitehurst called me later and stated Moore would not honor the contract because "he did not think I would be happy with the vehicle". I subsequently contacted Cadillac Customer Assistance Center(CCAC) in Detroit, MI to investigate this matter. CCAC investigated the matter and informed me that Moore had made an alternate deal with a different buyer and sold the Cadillac XLR for more. CCAC informed me there was nothing it could do with regards to Moore's bussiness practices. I beleive this is a very deceptive and unethical way to treat a customer. I am very despondent by the way I was treated by Moore Cadillac Chantilly. More

Took my Escalade in for service - was greeted in a friendly manner and provided a ride back home. The service manager called to discuss what they found, had the work done quickly and I picked up my v friendly manner and provided a ride back home. The service manager called to discuss what they found, had the work done quickly and I picked up my vehicle the same day. Notably, I dealt with two different people at the cashier desk (one when I dropped it off and another when I picked it up) and both were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, I was very pleased with the work done on my vehicle when I retrieved it. More
I wanted to share my experience with my first visit to this dealership. I had a Mitsubishi Evo MR with 10,700 miles in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped off the car with Don Kelly in s this dealership. I had a Mitsubishi Evo MR with 10,700 miles in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped off the car with Don Kelly in service and went to see what kind of trouble my wife (who followed me there so we could go to lunch while my car was being worked on) had gotten into on the car lot. We are both car enthusiasts so car lots often mean trouble. She had wondered over to the Mitsubishi side of the dealer and was outside talking to one of the salesman. They were knee deep in a conversation over some of the differences between c5 and c6 Corvettes. It turns out the saleman, Curt Compton, owns a 1996 Silver Convertible and we have it's younger sister, a 2006, in the same trim/color. I often dread having to drag her away from a saleman trying to crowbar in a pitch while we were just there for service but my wife immediately knocked that look off my face by saying they were just talking cars. We ended up staying and talking about Mitsu's and Vette's for 30 minutes or so with Curt before we left for lunch. Curt did two great things in that small amount of time before I arrived from the Caddy side from service...he didn't either ignore her for being female (which sadly has happened to us often at dealers, especially when shopping performance cars) but also was genuinely interested in just discussing the cars. These two seemingly small things led to a sale. I got a call while downing a Margarita with my tacos at El Frescho from Don Kelly in service with some puzzling news. He initially asked if I had lowered the suspension on my car, I explained that there were no aftermarket mods to the car whatsoever and asked what was going on. He said my tires were worn almost to the metal. This took me off guard because I have been having the oil changed and tires rotated every 3000 miles and the Mitsu dealer in Tysons didn't say anything about the tires on my last visit (I only drive the car about 3k/year). So I went back in to talk to Don. I asked if the car was still on the lift and if I could take a look at the tire wear since it seemed so unlikely. He was meeting with someone at the moment (I actually interrupted) and said it would be a few minutes. He came out to get me a few minutes later and walked me over to the service bays. It turns out he had actually asked the service personnel to bring the car back in and put it back on the lift JUST to show me the tires. I was extremely impressed with that level of service and he took the time to explain exactly where the tire issues were and the best course of action. Curt was the most knowledgeable car salesman that I have ever dealt with even knowing what most Evo owners replaced their stock tires with. I do not have vast experience but my wife and I have purchased around 20 cars in our lifetime, all of which are moderately affordable sports cars. Curt got my car appraised and came back and started to talk numbers with us. It was clear after the first 20 minutes or so that the trade in offer, the price on new car, and my set monthly payment limit was not workable. He clearly showed us where we needed to be in a variety of ways in order to it the monthly payment goal that I set out to achieve. Being a very savvy car buyer and we inundated Curt with comparable cars, offers, factory to dealer incentives and financing discounts. After many phone calls and many trips, we came to a number that was close enough. I just cant put into words (I know, even with the wall of text above) what a pleasure it was to go through the car buying process with Curt Compton. I hope in 3 years when I am ready for another that the Mitsu side of the Moore dealer is still open and more importantly that Curt will still be there to assist me. I walked to do the financing with 2 other loans already procured. I let Laura Salcedo, in finance, know the interest rate and term that currently was the lowest in my hands and she beat it immediately. By the time I sat down with her, Curt had already given her my credit score (which I told him) and gave me an idea what she was able to do. Even the financing part was a breeze and Laura was an absolute pleasure to work with. If I can say anything negative it is that it is pretty apparent after 12 hours or so spent between the two sides is that the Mitsu side of the dealership is not given the same priority/opportunity that the Cadillac side is. The two closest dealers to this area are in Tysons and Frederick and I have been to both and had bad experiences at both and was ecstatic to have a good experience at this one. TL;DR - I had a great experience all around at Moore! More
