He worked with me so I could buy my used 2011 CTS Coupe (dream car), and not only was the transaction quick and painless, but it was so very easy. Alan took quite a bit of time after the sale to go over all options in my vehicle, as well as helping me get my OnStar set up and running before I left the dealership. I also would like to say that the financing professional I worked with was AWESOME (her name is Laura)! She was so very helpful and made the financial process painless. I would like to point out that Moore Cadillac facilities are absolutely gorgeous, and very comfortable to spend time in while buying or servicing a vehicle. All staff that I came into contact with during my car buying experience were very professional and welcoming. Found a car I liked (2012 CTS V Sedan) on their web sight early in the morning and by noon was able to work out a deal to my liking via nothing more than my cell phone. I got more for my trade in than I was looking for, they matched the price I wanted to pay for the car and even took an additional $500 off when I showed up to sign the paperwork. I worked exclusively with Ethan Shah the sales rep who emailed me after I filled out the online request for information. He was very professional and quite knowledgeable about the car as well as the process. He was very conscious of my time and the fact I had several meetings that would prohibit me from being at the dealership for more than 30 minutes. I explained I only wanted to come by around 7:00 PM and sign the papers and leave, which turned out to be the case. No hassle, no worries and great customer service. I would highly recommend Moore Cadillac to anyone looking to purchase their next high end vehicle. The only Sales person I would use in the future is Ethan. More

I went to the dealer to look at the CTS-V sedans that I knew they had because of an online search. The sales person helped me select which of the two vehicles to go with, took it out of the showroom for a knew they had because of an online search. A tree branch went through my sunroof and I had looked everywhere for a new car and just when I as about to settle for anything I saw my car online and called Moore Cadillac and Allen Khani answered. He looked up the car I was asking about went and checked out the car called me and told me I should come and take a look at it. Now I live in DC and it was 2PM there was no one who wanted on sit on 66 for hours, I called Allen and said I would come out the next day. Next day I called Allen said I was on my way, he was waiting for me by the front desk when I walked in, I took a test drive loved the car. When I asked if he could lower the price, he said he would try to get the price lowered, when he couldn't get the price lowered he gave me two airline tickets to Vegas and hotel accommodations for 3 days and 2 nights. Love my car looking forward to my trip. More

Alan and Ethan were very knowledgeable of the CTS coupe. They took their time to explain the various features of the car to me. Alan also waited way past closing time to make sure the entire process was com They took their time to explain the various features of the car to me. Alan also waited way past closing time to make sure the entire process was complete. Only one minor issue, which was that the initial lease offer was for a term of 36 months. To match my counteroffer, they changed it to a 39 month term. I wasn't told this until I went up to finance, but I personally didn't mind the extra three months. However, others might. Overall, my experience with this dealership was great. I would work with them again. More
