Not only did they get me an appointment for the first thing the next morning, but Dako called in at the last minute to get an oil change and service. Not only did they get me an appointment for the first thing the next morning, but Dakota and the team went above and beyond answering questions I had about my vehicle! My service was completed in under an hour, and while I waited, the lobby was super clean and there we’re charging ports and beverages available for me. This was my first experience at Moore Buick, and I will definitely say that I was impressed! I don’t plan on getting either of my vehicles serviced anywhere else while I’m in Jacksonville. More
