Moore Buick GMC in Jacksonville has conducted service on my 2020 GMC Sierra Denali HD since my purchase in 2020. A few days ago my truck was serviced again by Moore Buick GMC and per the past services on m my 2020 GMC Sierra Denali HD since my purchase in 2020. A few days ago my truck was serviced again by Moore Buick GMC and per the past services on my HD, the service was top notch. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile by a representative (Lesa) and I told her I was there for a scheduled oil change and she asked if there was anything else that I needed to have checked. I asked her if a few other things on my HD could be checked. I sat in the waiting area and within 5 minutes I received a text message from Derrick and I asked him to look at a couple of things on my HD. Approx 30 minutes later he came to see my about the items I requested to have checked. He showed me some items that were recommended for change, cabin/engine air filters. They needed to be changed. Also Derrick gave me information on tires because I will eventually need new tires. Very appreciative for the assistance. This has been my fifth or sixth time visiting Moore Buick GMC for service on my truck and I haven’t been disappointed with the staff or service to my HD.
