The female that assisted Saturday acted as if she wasn’t inclined or capable of helping. She just went on and on at check in for a walk in how it was going to be hours of waiting, then both her and the serv inclined or capable of helping. She just went on and on at check in for a walk in how it was going to be hours of waiting, then both her and the service technician violated the guidelines in the owners manual on jumping the vehicle. They both were not successful in starting the vehicle, I had to step in and assist and when I applied the rules as in the manual the vehicle started. Neither checked to unplug any accessory items, again violating the guidelines in the owners manual. I asked for a process to take the vehicle out of valet mode and both acted as if I was speaking another language. Connect the vehicle to tech line and spend 1 minute tops erasing valet code. But no they were so busy that I was literally there one hour tops. Do you think she recommended setting up an appointment to come back? No she just insisted that I connect the vehicle to OnStar and make it more accessible to a security risk. Bought the car In June already needs tires, battery replaced, jerk on some cranks, and overpriced warranty plan. More
Made appointment on a Friday got a call that my vehicle still wasn’t seen due to low technicians and had to leave the vehicle over the weekend until Monday it was finally got seen. I later brought my vehicle in on a later date for service. It took awhile, again they said they were low on technicians. After receiving my vehicle my vehicle would not start. I had to replace my vehicles battery after it was just serviced. Also, they don’t offer a courtesy car wash. More
