They had my car for 9 hours and didn’t do anything to my car. The logistics of getting my car to the dealership during the week requires a lot of shifting of multiple peoples schedules and very frustrating car. It’s a known issue that is being cause a known part and they will not fix it until I bring my car in when the error message is showing (the error message is intermittent) This doesn’t work when 1) I’m 3 hrs away and 2) when it occurs on a Sunday. When I say I can’t help it when it happens I get, “just bring it in a fast as you can” (which I did and they said they wouldn’t just throw parts at it). And when I say it happened on a Sunday the response is, “well I have no control when we are open.” We all know what the issue is bc you can literally google it! But they won’t “fix” it until I bring it in when the error code is active, which I have no control over. Makes absolutely no sense! More
