Truck was serviced in Aug of last year because of unusual tire wear, $2600 later, front end aligned, tie rod ends, 2 new tires. Returned last week because of same issue. Truck was dropped off and after techn tire wear, $2600 later, front end aligned, tie rod ends, 2 new tires. Returned last week because of same issue. Truck was dropped off and after technician inspected the truck I was told the front end was tight, no loose suspension parts. Tire wear was from not rotating the tires. Left front was wearing on the very inside of the tire. I then took the truck to another shop and was shown left front upper ball joint was extremely worn. Wheel moved apx 2-3 inches. Surprised the wheel didn't fall off. I suspect the ball joint was bad when I initially had it serviced. Technician either doesn't know what he's doing or doesn't care. His ignorance cost me 2 new tires. Video of suspension part was text to Dakota, she advised me she showed the service manager, but have not heard anything since. More
