Everything was positive from the time I called with a vehicle that was suddenly dysfunctional through the towing, diagnosing and repairing. Dakota (the Service Writer) was outstanding, however after 4 visits in 3 weeks my issue has not been resolved. I’m told that “it’s a known issue “ with no fixes and I just need to wait until GM figures after 4 visits in 3 weeks my issue has not been resolved. I’m told that “it’s a known issue “ with no fixes and I just need to wait until GM figures it out. Very DISAPPOINTED in that response, I should not have to wait for a fix for a known problem…. Fix it!!!!!!! So now with a check engine light on I’m restricted to not being able to use remote start and who knows what additional engine damage that may occur. Sad day for GM, I, previous to this issue was looking for a 2024 model, but at this point I may have to rethink my loyalty to GM. Sorry to say that since I’m a life long dedicated GM owner. More
