The technician was thorough and made sure the steering issue was addressed. The tech also asked how we wanted the brake integration to be setup in the truck. That was nice. I could see other service centers running screws into the plastic without asking our preference. That was appreciated. The service team let us know that we had enough GM points to pay for the service. I wonder how long we would've gone without knowing the points we accrued from the other GM service center. More
