My air conditioner on my Acadia was acting up and they were able to fix it and change the oil and rotate my tires for a reasonable price. The Parts Department ordered me some touch-up paint to fix a few dings on my car as well. I was very pleased with the overall experience and will continue to bring my car to Moore Buick Service Department where I know R.J. and the gang will give me great results! More

You can really tell that management was considering the customer experience with the thought that was put into the waiting area from the newspapers, to the water bottles, to the ice, and all the way to the Keurig machine with the large variety of K-cups, Splenda, sugar, and creamer. I love the free public WiFi, as it allowed me to get my homework done and the repair was made before I had even realized I had been there over an hour. I literally lost time and that was a wonderful experience. More
2015 Silverado P0300 lost compression #6 cylinder. My 2015 Silverado started to run terrible. I took it into Moore Buick, my GM dealer for all my three GM cars, CTS, trailblazer and this truck. RJ Filoon my service advisor saw that my check engine light was flashing and heard how rough the engine sounded. He asked me to wait in the lounge and in about forty minutes updated me that truck had a P0300 code and no compression in the #6 cylinder. He also notified me that the top end needed to be open up to see what is going on. I loner car was provided and I was on my way home. The repair turn out to be a collapse lifter for the AFM system and it took a week to complete, the entire job was covered under warranty. Car millage at that time was 58639. Today it has 59139 miles and she is running great. thru out the entire process RJ keep me up to date on the repairs, to top it off on the day I went to pick up truck it was washed and looking new again. Moore Buick, thank you.! More

Was almost killed when brakes they serviced totally failed Could have been killed after they failed to properly fix my brakes. After spending more than $800 to have the brake lines replaced and less than 5,00 Could have been killed after they failed to properly fix my brakes. After spending more than $800 to have the brake lines replaced and less than 5,000 miles later I had a complete, total brake failure from a burst line that they forgot to replace. Fortunately I was able to navigate around cars in front of me and through a red light to a stop. They assured me following the brake service that my brakes were in like new condition. This negligence is just not acceptable and placed me in a life threatening situation. More

Since the paperwork took so long they said "bring the truck back another day and we'll detail it for free" but before I drove off the lot I noticed scratches in the Windshield and they tried everything to get them out but ended up just replacing it. The day I brought it in to get detailed I left a decent amount of money in the clip($208) on the lid of the center console so I waited there until it was done, first thing I did was to look to see if the money was still there and it wasn't, the guy who detailed my truck stole the money, got to keep my money, and didn't lose his job. The manager claimed they don't hire thieves and that the employee had "already gone home" which was a lie, they ended up saying they would give me a check for the amount stolen. And if you want an oil change, be ready to sit there for 2 hours even if you had an appointment. Oil change and tire rotation should only take an hour max, did it on all my old vehicles. Wont buy from them again More
