Last Straw The paint started pealing off of the bumper of my 3 month old truck. I was told my truck would be detailed so they could check for additional paint pr The paint started pealing off of the bumper of my 3 month old truck. I was told my truck would be detailed so they could check for additional paint problems, this wasn't done because of a $2 Styrofoam skull on my grill. Although, they removed and repainted the bumper that was just inches under the skull. I was also at the dealership three times that week (only to keep renewing the rental agreement) and they could have easily asked me if they could remove the skull.... which in reality had nothing to do with detailing the rest of the truck. All of this took place after the transmission had to be replaced the second month that we owned the vehicle. I have said this before and I will say it again.... they wouldn't have treated an employee or an employee family member like this. More

repair not fixed Our horn was suppose to have been fixed under warrenty. After a short while it broke again. An employee called to ask about our service and if we were satisified and i told her about my problem . She said she would call me back and I never heard from her again. Do not stand behind what they sell. We bought an Enclave in February (when it is cold). In June when we needed air conditioning, it did not work. We took it to Moore to fix. The person who sold us the car never returned our texts. We refused the service and when we got the car back an access panel was laying on the passenger side floor. More
