When I bought my new truck, I wanted some accessories installed that were not in stock at the dealership. The parts department ordered the parts and notified me when they came in. Extremely slow service, and technician waited until it was raining to attempt locating a squeaking noise. Didn't have an appointment. Stopped in with a battery issue. They able to fit in their schedule. They analyzed the issue and found that my battery had a bad cell.
