2015 Silverado P0300 lost compression #6 cylinder. My 2015 Silverado started to run terrible. I took it into Moore Buick, my GM dealer for all my three GM cars, CTS, trailblazer and this truck. RJ Filoon my service advisor saw that my check engine light was flashing and heard how rough the engine sounded. He asked me to wait in the lounge and in about forty minutes updated me that truck had a P0300 code and no compression in the #6 cylinder. He also notified me that the top end needed to be open up to see what is going on. I loner car was provided and I was on my way home. The repair turn out to be a collapse lifter for the AFM system and it took a week to complete, the entire job was covered under warranty. Car millage at that time was 58639. Today it has 59139 miles and she is running great. thru out the entire process RJ keep me up to date on the repairs, to top it off on the day I went to pick up truck it was washed and looking new again. I told her I would talk to someone but I really loved my car and didn't want to let it go. I was referred to Luke by a few different people and I certainly did not make his job easy. I had certain 'musts' that had to be met before I would even consider handing over my keys. He was able to get me a 17 Acadia that is identical to what I had, and at a lower monthly payment which was amazing! He was very patient with my requests and went above and beyond to get me what I asked for! I am absolutely IN LOVE with my new Acadia and couldn't be happier to have yet another stress free and fantastic experience purchasing from Moore. I never once felt pressured into purchasing something I didn't want/need and I never was made to feel like my 'musts' were outrageous and unreasonable. I also walked out feeling like I really had gotten a good deal on my new purchase, and on my trade in as well. Was almost killed when brakes they serviced totally failed Could have been killed after they failed to properly fix my brakes. After spending more than $800 to have the brake lines replaced and less than 5,00 Could have been killed after they failed to properly fix my brakes. After spending more than $800 to have the brake lines replaced and less than 5,000 miles later I had a complete, total brake failure from a burst line that they forgot to replace. Fortunately I was able to navigate around cars in front of me and through a red light to a stop. They assured me following the brake service that my brakes were in like new condition. This negligence is just not acceptable and placed me in a life threatening situation. More
