STEVE ROCKS! The moment I arrived on the lot, the first thing I noticed was this gentleman’s awesome hair—Steve immediately greeted me and offered his assistance. The moment I arrived on the lot, the first thing I noticed was this gentleman’s awesome hair—Steve immediately greeted me and offered his assistance. He was kind, friendly, and listened to my requests. During the course of two days of car shopping, I never had to remind him of what I was in search of. There was absolutely no pressure and not once did he try and convince me to look at vehicles outside of my specific requests. My two littles (3 and 1 year old) tagged along with me during the process and Steve and other staff did everything they could to accommodate me and my children—offered water, snacks, brought over a basket of children’s books, and even gave them balloons. The service was excellent and they made my experience a pleasurable one, but more importantly, it was genuine. Steve was determined to get me into the vehicle of my choice and worked with my circumstances. After a couple hours on the lot, I left with chocolates, a gift certificate for dinner, and my GMC Acadia! Awesome My husband and I come to look at a van we seen online we got a phone call the next day. We were already planing on coming in to speak with them about a van after my husband totaled my van. When we arrived he ment us at the door. He talked to us to find out about our story. And got us approved for the van that I wanted and I was able to leave with it the same day. At frist they said we couldn't so he was going to give me a rental for a day or two but somehow got his boss to change his mind and I was able to leave he had it cleaned and was setting up for the radio when i pulled back in. When I came into sign the papers my husband was on his way to work. So I was able to bring him back the next day to sign. More

Helpful, stress free, and all around pleasureable experience I felt from the time I walked in the door that that this dealership was different than what I had dealt with before. They found out what I wanted and did everything they could to help me find exactly what it was I was looking for. Because of my family size I had to have a third row vehicle. They first tried me on all the used vehicles they had that fit my criteria,(other than 3rd row, price was my main criteria , but nothing in used worked. They kept working on it and found a beautiful brand new 2018 Acadia that was everything I hoped for. I drove it home and showed my wife her new vehicle and she was extatic. I forgot to mention this Acadia had $6000 in rebates, so it fit right into the price I was looking for. Thank you Charles, Luke, and Wayne! You guys are great! More
