Ultimately, they resolved the matter to my satisfaction, and made the required repair without any issues or difficulty. I have two Mazdas, and based on my experience at MTM, I won't go anywhere else for service in the future. Kudos to both of them and to the whole dealership staff. More

Great quick service The service center is clean and appears to be roe managed. My only issue with them is that they Seem to be extremely focused on themselves and ending their day exactly on time. Don't call or show up 15 minutes before they close and expect much from them... I get it, they wanna leave on time, I just can't help but think that there's a way of doing it that doesn't make the customer feel like they're an inconvenience. Also, last time I dropped my car off for repair, I checked the box that states that I want my repaired/replaced part... And when I picked up the car there was no part. When I asked about it, they made me feel like I was being confrontational and made it so uncomfortable that my wife made me drop it. All that being said, of the last 3 Mazda dealers that I've been to for service or repair , this one is by far the best... I got my car back with the repairs I expected for the price that I was told and there was no additional damage to my vehicle... What more can you ask for? More

Overpriced I’ve been taking my SUV there for every service needed since I purchased the vehicle so I have been a loyal customer and this last time when they call I’ve been taking my SUV there for every service needed since I purchased the vehicle so I have been a loyal customer and this last time when they called me to tell me the amount of the repair it was $491 and when I get to the store they were trying to charge me $531, so I had to to complain in order to get the first price I was given. Not to mention the parts were only $110 and they charged me $348 for labor plus all the extra charges and taxes a whole total of $491.01... More
