Double billed and poor customer service I needed a key fob programed so I called and ordered the part from their parts department paying in advance. I then scheduled the programming giving I needed a key fob programed so I called and ordered the part from their parts department paying in advance. When I called to pick it up, they did not show I had paid for the part and I needed to bounce between deparents to get it resolved for about 30 minutes. Then the key was not cut. They then needed to keep the car till Monday when I found out the 1 hour $90 quote turned into 1.5 hr $135 without notice. When I complained on pickup I was told I could call back to resolve but did not care to resolve. More

Having been new to driving crossovers, I was a bit uncomfortable in the CX-5 initially due to the sporty handling and lower visibility from a full-size SUV. That being said, I had an offer for a similar vehicle 3 months later when I decided to revisit the CX-5. My second test drive in the Touring model was a dream. The CX-5 is the only crossover I found to have a luxurious interior and responsive handling on every road type. My salesperson, Ret, was incredibly patient with me as I worked to make my decision, and made an effort to meet my price. I look forward to going back to Moon Mazda to see what else they have to offer at the end of my 3 year lease. More
