overall buying experience certified used car Looked at Baglier Mazda and Moon Mazda used cars only. Had prior bad experience with Rohrich. Moon Mazda Sales agent hustled to complete transaction but did not give vibe of concern or care for delivering accurate informative information. Also lacked care for follow up after transaction complete. (Outta sight out of mind mentality). Service and finance department kept overall car buying experience on good side with follow on phone calls and gave informative unbiased information. Service did quick turn around on problem with car. Finance answered questions and gave informative suggestions. Disturbing to see though 160 point inspection had 10 errors on it. Items checked as (Meets Standard) when options were CLEARLY not present on car (example Roof rack, sunroof, cargo carrier, towing package/ accessories). How can rest of report be considered valid if obvious items are wrong. I can understand if technician makes mistake 1-2 but obvious ones are unsettling. A certified vehicle cost more compared to non certified so more attention should be given. Would go back but with caution and different attitude and approach to car buying new or used. The fact that service did rectify the problem quickly and correctly was value added, yet problem might have been found if there was assurance 160 pt inspection was done with attention. More

To clarify a comment I clicked below, we wanted to use a credit card to put a down payment on the SUV but were told we couldn't do that. I just asked a few questions about it to get an idea of what I will looking for when the timing was right, but they worked with me and listened to MY needs for what I wanted in a car.
