I’ve never owed a Honda before; so after doing some online research, I went to Moon Honda to check out the vehicles that were offered. My husband and I were walking around the lot for about 10 seconds online research, I went to Moon Honda to check out the vehicles that were offered. My husband and I were walking around the lot for about 10 seconds before Dale, a salesman, came to assist us. I was honest and said I was “just looking” at the vehicles; I really didn’t expect to buy a car that day. I told Dale I had also planned to stop at the Toyota dealer down the street. Dale was friendly and understanding and didn’t try to dissuade me from my stop at Toyota. He continued to walk around with us, was able to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot), and shared his extensive knowledge about the Honda brand. I saw a CR-V that caught my eye and had all the bells and whistles that I’d hoped for (and several that I didn’t even know I needed). We took it for a test drive and I was wowed and kept asking myself, Why have I never owned a Honda before?? -Needless to say; I never made it to the Toyota dealer :) The whole process of negotiating, paperwork and finance was streamlined and painless and took a lot less time than I remembered from previous vehicle purchases. The next thing I knew, I was a proud owner of my very first Honda. -I would like to give a shout-out to Ret, our finance guy, who was so easy to work with as well!
