I bought my Honda Accord in 2017 from this dealership and have never gone anywhere else for service on the vehicle. On July 24th I needed to have a rear tire checked since the light was coming on. I could no have never gone anywhere else for service on the vehicle. On July 24th I needed to have a rear tire checked since the light was coming on. I could not get an appointment for at least one week, but when I called back and spoke to Tracy, who then called Amanda in the Service Dept, they were able to schedule me for the next day. Purchased a used Pilot here 2 years ago & have gone there for all service. Had an appointment yesterday for an oil change & recall (cables in backup camera?). When I arrived they cautioned that they were alr for all service. Had an appointment yesterday for an oil change & recall (cables in backup camera?). Service here is beyond lack luster now. I have been going here for several years, and every time I come back service takes longer and expectations are set worse and worse.
