Had an 11:00 service appointment for state inspection. Jennifer Bross had everything lined up when I arrived at drive thru. I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. Their Service Department is abominable. When you call, you are always shunted to voice mail, but no one ever returns your phone calls. The service manager could care less. Never again! My mother dropped off her car for service. They called to tell her that it would take an extra day as they were busy which was fine. The next day she had to call the dealer to see if it was done and they said yes. She picked up the car and it cost $2000. It’s not the issue of the cost it’s the fact that no one ever bothered to call her to tell her what was wrong and what it would cost to fix. Shame on this dealership for their lack of communication. Next time the car will go to the sketchy garage down the street as they’ll at least communicate! More

Just got the State Safety Inspection. The Representatives were courteous and helpful. Free coffee wasn’t bad. I had an 8:30am appointment and there were a lot of people already in the waiting room when I got there. I don’t know how many people were scheduled between 8 and 8:30 but it seemed like a lot. My car passed inspection and no other maintenance was suggested. It did seem like it took too long for the inspection because I didn’t get my car back until 10:30. It was nice that a fella took my keys from me and brought my car right up to the front door. More

I have had 3 oil changes at Moon Honda since the purchase of my 2023 Accord last February. Each time I made an appointment on-line for "express" service. The first two visits took 2 hours for a routine oil of my 2023 Accord last February. Each time I made an appointment on-line for "express" service. The first two visits took 2 hours for a routine oil change. No one from service advised me of the delay. Last week I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall for the seat belt fastener. At the 2 and a half hour mark, the service rep appeared to tell me the tech was having trouble with the computer on my car. He wasn't able to fix the recall in a timely manner. Are the technicians not trained on recalls?? Finally at the 3 hour mark I was informed my car was ready. No - "sorry for the delay" No - "we apologize" Nothing. It is only because of my sales rep, Anthony Staffelino and his expert care of my needs that I continue to return to this dealership at all, giving him the star. If you cannot service a vehicle for a simple oil change in less than 60 minutes, then you should not call what you offer "express service"! More
