Dealership that cares On our way home from Cocoa FL to Charleston SC on I95 our car broke down right at the Darien exit,Blessed to see HODGES FORD right there. I went in a On our way home from Cocoa FL to Charleston SC on I95 our car broke down right at the Darien exit,Blessed to see HODGES FORD right there. I went in and talked with Jason,He was sympathetic to our situation and very kind.Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful. Turns out the repair needed was serious and we had to leave the car.Not to worry the dealership gave us a loner car to get us home until the repairs were done.Many thanks to Jason,Lucy and staff for taking such good care of us.By the way when we picked up our car it was repaired right and washed and vacuumed out.Its great to know that there are still honest caring people in this world. Tire pressure issue I was enroute with my elderly Dad on I95 from Cocoa, Fl to Jonesborough, TN. in his Ford Focus. The tire pressure alarm came on. I exited at the Darie I was enroute with my elderly Dad on I95 from Cocoa, Fl to Jonesborough, TN. in his Ford Focus. The tire pressure alarm came on. I exited at the Darien, Ga exit and was so thankful to see the Ford Dealership. I spoke with Jason Brittain and without making us wait, he took my dad's car, checked the tires, took care of the problem... and sent us on our way. It turned out to be that the tire pressure was low because of the cold temperatures, but Jason was awesome to us. I was worried and scared because we had several hours of driving ahead of us. Jason was so very calm, professional, kind, and more helpful than I can say. He didn't even charge us for the service. My Dad is very ill and I was trying to get him to his home. This incident happened on December 27 and I am very sorry for waiting so long to write this review. I had limited internet service at his house and have been busy taking care of him. Quick service, Great employees We were on a trip going from Miami, Fl to Boston and we were coming off for a pit stop. Rough Waters on A Road Trip While taking a road trip that started in Florida, we experienced some issues with our car. It was late on a Friday afternoon. I was certain we were no While taking a road trip that started in Florida, we experienced some issues with our car. It was late on a Friday afternoon. I was certain we were not going to be able to find anyone that would be willing to wait for us to get in to get out car looked at. After Googling the local dealers and making a couple of calls, I was finally lucky enough to reach someone who cared enough to listen to me and offer to help. Jason at Hodges Ford told us to come there and he would make sure our car was taken care of. Within 30 minutes we arrived at the dealership. Jason greeted us, and seeing how upset I was that our trip was being delayed, assured us that he would personally see to it that our car would be diagnosed and taken care of so we could continue on our way. As promised, Jason got us in and took care of our repair quickly!! Before we knew it he was handing the keys back and sending us on our way. We are thankful for Jason and his crew and that Hodges Ford was the beacon of light for us when we needed help! We would certainly recommend Jason and Hodges Ford for anyone needing any repairs to their vehicle!! More
