Quick and Professional Help While On The Road On a trip up to Pennsylvania from central Florida we needed our installed cruise control programmed on a 2006 Econoline E-250. We made an appointment On a trip up to Pennsylvania from central Florida we needed our installed cruise control programmed on a 2006 Econoline E-250. We made an appointment with a local Ford dealer in Florida, but they turned us away five minutes before our scheduled time due to workflow. Since we needed to cover a lot of ground in one day, it looked like calling dealerships farther north was our only option to get the problem solved before we reached our destination. After several attempts in Jacksonville and northern Florida, no dealer could service the van within a tight time constraint. The best we could do was a 24 hour turnaround, then we called Hodges Ford. Within a few minutes we were connected to the service department and able to explain our problem to a technician. They said to stop by on our way through town and that they could help us out. This was true. Within 45 minutes of arriving (without an appointment) we had a detailed report from Jason about the successful programming of our cruise control at a very fair rate. I would not hesitate to recommend Hodges Ford to anyone looking for honest and exemplary service from employees who make you feel at home while you are there. hassle free purchase My husband phoned the dealership and the new manager (Trevor?) not only gave us information on the vehicle we were looking at but helped us find info My husband phoned the dealership and the new manager (Trevor?) not only gave us information on the vehicle we were looking at but helped us find info on same model at another dealership!! (Other dealer was not very knowledgeable) We decided to drive on down to Darien and no wait, no hassling or pushy salespeople...just honest, friendly, knowledgeable staff. CHIP ANDERSON was the guy recommended to us and he was friendly without being pushy...helped with my nerves as my credit isn't the best..he even brought me a water when i was panicking outside...told me not to worry...and he was RIGHT...this little gem we were able to take home (2014 Ford Escape Titanium) was just PERFECT!! PRICE was AMAZING...they were fair on our trade in..He really seems to want to take care of you...he was a police officer so it may just be in his blood? EVERYONE there seemed genuinely happy for us..even at the end where they go over warranty packages there was NOT ONE OUNCE of pressure. WELL DONE, FELLAS. More
