amazing people, amazing My wife and I were traveling North on I-95 on June 21st when we picked up a piece of blown tire that completely ripped off the bottom part of our car. My wife and I were traveling North on I-95 on June 21st when we picked up a piece of blown tire that completely ripped off the bottom part of our car. We managed to get off I-95 at the first exit and luckily pulled up at the Hodges Ford Dealership. We were met and greeted as we were expected here. Lucy, the Service Manager seeing we were a little stressed ensured us that everything possible will be done to take care of us. Immediately we felt that we were in the right place as everybody around us projected image of confidence and high professionalism. Not only they got us back on the road in no time, but Lucy personally was in contact with us making sure everything was OK and we got back home in Chicago safe. Unfortunately we didn't get the name of the technician who serviced our car, but he was truly and highly professional. He offered several options on how to address the situation and provided his own advice. Thanks to his quality work we got back home with no issues. Indeed Amazing People, Amazing Place.
