Had an issue with my wipers staying on all the time and the door recall, showed up without an appointment and Lucy was there to take care of my truck and it's issues. She handled everything an kept me informed of the repair process and when my truck would be ready. Lucy is outstanding and provides exceptional customer service, the whole industry needs more people like her. More

Fairly new 2017 ford F150 stranded on a Friday night Unfortunately I had a issue with a 2017 ford F1 50 truck I was able to limp it to an exit off of 95 which happened to be the same exit for Hodges For Unfortunately I had a issue with a 2017 ford F1 50 truck I was able to limp it to an exit off of 95 which happened to be the same exit for Hodges Ford. What a stroke of luck I grab a hotel room for the evening got to the dealership by 8 AM Saturday morning the general manager was walking through the parking lot and came over inquired about the product I was traveling left and I told him my problem he promptly took me straight to the service desk where Lucy was on duty Saturday morning. What a great girl listen to my concerns and my problems the dealership went out of his way to come up with the parts we thought would fix it. Unfortunately was not able to get me going Saturday Monday morning bright and early I was there again they were on it and got me back on the road by that evening. You either tell your vehicle back home and go to your mechanic or you get lucky and find a shop that repairs your stuff without drama and without ripping you off. Hodgens Ford is that dealer they will get repeat business for me. More

Service with a Passion Lucy and the entire service department bring new meaning to customer service. She makes decisions based on facts, and will challenge anyone in the department that does not have a customer first attitude. If I could give more stars then the 5... I would. Hodges has a customer for life, even if it means driving well out of my way to get there! Thanks also to David, one of the VERY competent techs employed by Hodges, he is a rare tech that not only is a master at his craft, but also very customer focused and driven! More

Exceptional service Took our 2014 Edge in for oil change, tire rotation and for what we thought was an issue with the washer fluid front dispensers. An absolutely wonderful dealership! We’ve never worked with such a responsive dealership...ever! Our 2013 RV broke its drive shaft...luckily very near Hodges Ford. They got us right in, We’ve never worked with such a responsive dealership...ever! Our 2013 RV broke its drive shaft...luckily very near Hodges Ford. They got us right in, evaluated the damage, and totally handled a very difficult extended warranty approval process. Lucy, our service advisor, kept us informed of all progress. She was super! Once they received the ok from insurance, they completed the repair, even faster than promised. We will come back! More
