Exceptional service Took our 2014 Edge in for oil change, tire rotation and for what we thought was an issue with the washer fluid front dispensers. Turns out there was n Took our 2014 Edge in for oil change, tire rotation and for what we thought was an issue with the washer fluid front dispensers. Turns out there was no issue at all. The service was performed in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price. Lucy, Kathleen and Terry were all very helpful and courteous. Will definitely be back for future service needs. More

An absolutely wonderful dealership! We’ve never worked with such a responsive dealership...ever! Our 2013 RV broke its drive shaft...luckily very near Hodges Ford. They got us right in, We’ve never worked with such a responsive dealership...ever! Our 2013 RV broke its drive shaft...luckily very near Hodges Ford. They got us right in, evaluated the damage, and totally handled a very difficult extended warranty approval process. Lucy, our service advisor, kept us informed of all progress. She was super! Once they received the ok from insurance, they completed the repair, even faster than promised. We will come back! More

Wonderful Experience My husband and I broke down while traveling back from our vacation in Florida. The closest exit put us where the Hodges Dealership was located. We en My husband and I broke down while traveling back from our vacation in Florida. The closest exit put us where the Hodges Dealership was located. We ended up purchasing a new truck with them so we could continue our journey home to Delaware. The sales consultant we started talking to was Fred Mclver who was one of the nicest guys. He was such a caring and helpful person who did not pressure us for anything or make us feel uncomfortable. Our experience was great. Each person we spoke with nice and genuine not just interested in making a sale. I would definitely recommend this dealer and especially our salesman Fred to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
