No company support. I bought a 2013 Ford Escape expecting everything to work on it. I test drove it, but didn't check the cruise control as there were not roads conducive I bought a 2013 Ford Escape expecting everything to work on it. I test drove it, but didn't check the cruise control as there were not roads conducive to that. Salesman was very nice and so was the finance guy. But when we got the ResistAll put on, we found out that they don't put it on the plastic trim, as we talked about when we purchased it. At the same time, they were supposed to check the cruise control because it didn't work. They said they didn't have an order for it so they didn't check it. So we made arrangements to bring it back in specifically to fix the cruise. Once in there, they said they needed Ford specific equipment and couldn't fix it. Boy am I glad we didn't buy the extended warranty if they can't work on it anyway. After being in twice to fix it, we find out they have no plans to fix it. We will never be back. Beware if you go there. Everyone is nice, but no company support evidently. More

Emilio did not try to high pressure me into a new car. Emilio did not try to put me in a car that was sort of what i wanted. Emilio was like dealing with a friend! Between Emilio and Jason Allison they where able to put me in a sweet 2002 ford ranger that looks bran new i tried to find things wrong with it but their inspection of the truck was dead on i was blown away! Jason Allison got me a sweet deal for the financing only 201.00 a month that was better then any other dealer ship could have got me so in short i give them 5 star rating Ps: just thought of this one thing they could have done was to inform me what i might need when i came in to close the deal but i did not mind running back home to get the info they needed More
