Terrible OK I never write reviews but I needed to let people know this place is awful. Took a test drive in a BMW. Got an email 36 hours later saying my financing needs a cosigner. Then 1 hour later the internet salesman calls and said it was sold. First of all I never gave him anything to start a credit app. Second of all I have a 836 FICO. Third of all I got financing on a 7 series BMW at another dealership without a cosigner and this is a 3 series. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE. STAY AWAY. EMILIO, KARMA IS A SNEAKY LITTLE BUGGER. She told me a different percentage rate that was presented to me in F & I. The SUV was not ready for delivery. I had to contact the used car mgr. To get the keys of the new suv to leave. Monica was again busy with a third customer. No time management skills and lack of communcations. Business mgr and used car mgr took up slack of the skill she was lacking with customer service! More
