We were dealt with fairly and honestly, and realistic options were presented to us, as well as top dollar for our trades. After purchasing a used Dodge Durango, I went back to Jim at Montrose to trade in my truck because it had been such a positive experience. Being new to the area, I am thoroughly impressed with the transparency I was given, and I was provided all numbers when I asked so that I could review them. I never felt like anything was being hid from me, or I was being sold something that I would struggle to afford later down the road.
