The dealership and my salesman, Heath Disalvo, did as much as they could for me over the phone prior to me driving up there, which was a real gas saver! Heath went above and beyond to find me a vehicle and get me approved for a loan, as well as get everything completed same day so I didn’t have to come back! He has since checked in with me a few times to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Seriously, if you need a new vehicle-make the trip to see Heath! More

Best Experience in Car Buying... Ever. I don't know that I can fit all of the praise I have for this dealership in such a tiny box- but I will give it my best shot!! I have owned MANY vehicles in my life, all but one was purchased from a dealer and I ALWAYS have a dealer service them. My relationship with Montrose began in their Service Department. Even though I had not purchased my Cadillac with them, they were SO good to me. They got me in on same day appointments more than one occasion. Their staff is 100% professional annnnd treat my children like family! Infact, one woman who works in wash bay rocked my infsnt daughter to sleep during an oil change once! (Love her!) After such a great experience, I "liked" their facebook page and commented on a vehicle, which led to me being put in contact with a Salesman (Mo, he's the bomb diggity and went above and beyond to meet my needs in a vehicle) he never once pushed me into giving info about how much money I make or what I was "looking to spend".... he asked what I was looking for- I have kids so it needs to be dependable, I work from home and travel with inventory daily so it needs to be roomy, I have disabilities that limit my range of motion so it has to be user friendly, and I Volunteer transport rescue dogs across the Country so it needs to have great fuel economy and be easy to clean... I also have a disgusting addiction to anything with a Turbo. I blew his phone UP everyday with millions of questions and ideas and links to cars (that he wouldn't even be making the sale on if I purchased it)... never once did he try to stop me from buying elsewhere... nor did he attempt to sell me on a car that did not meet EVERY SINGLE NEED that I had.... he dealer traded specifically so that I could park this car next to my car and compare them (but he never made me feel obligated to buy). It was the firrrst car he had me come drive (he didn't waste my time on vehicles that did not fit my lifestyle)..... and it was abbbsolutely perfect in literally every way! There are options in this car that I didn't even know were a THING!!! But those options make my disabilities SO MUCH more manageable!! Jeeepers!! I was so scared I wasn't going to get approved. Or wouldn't be able to afford the payment.... their finance team was VERY generous on my trade value and MADE SURE I got to drive that car home in a timely manner. I love them at Montrose!! I'll be a customer for life!! More
