Montrose Ford in Fairlawn

If I could leave zero stars I would. First off I test drove a truck. When the salesman went to get the keys I asked if it was alright if I went and checked it out and he said yes. When I had my head in the front wheel well looking at the front suspension, the salesman got into the truck, started it, and nearly ran my head over before I was able to get out of the way. The salesman said he thought I was looking at another truck. The next day another truck was driven and I asked for a discount due to the circumstances of almost being ran over. One of the owners (joe) got in my face, told me that I was “a f****** a**hole and to get the f***out of his dealership and to never come back, to go ahead and get a lawyer because his is better and he’s dealt with d**** bigger than me before and won” and I was then kicked out of his dealership. I will never step foot near this dealership again, I will try to convince everyone else not to, and I will be reporting this dealership to every place that I can. This behavior was more than unprofessional and they clearly had zero care that I was almost ran over by their employee More

My Service guy Andre,, he was the best. I had special instructions for service on my Mustang, all perfect! Also Matt my sales guy set all this up and scheduled the service.
