Now they won't even make another appointment to try and diagnose or fix it. "There's no point. We don't know what to do or what to try." WOW ! I was looking for a particular F-150 and they had just received one that met my needs, Manny contacted me and even though it was not available immediately, he was willing to put a pending sale on it to gi received one that met my needs, Manny contacted me and even though it was not available immediately, he was willing to put a pending sale on it to give me first option to make the purchase once the truck arrived on there lot and was serviced and detailed. We set a time to meet, and even though the next day was what worked for me and it was Manny’s day off, he willingly came in, the truck was just pulled out of detail even before he arrived.
